An elderly female practitioner that I know very well wanted to expose the evil by writing about the persecution she has suffered under Jiang's regime. She told me that she did not have much schooling, however, and could only read and write limited words. She was troubled by this because although she could talk about her experiences very well, she felt she could not put them down into words to produce good articles.
Exposing the evil and validating Dafa are extremely important and noble tasks. Sometimes we have many experiences to share or we have realized some deeper meanings of the Fa but we are not able to put them down into writing. Could it be that something is preventing us from doing so?
From Master's article "Using at will" (Essentials for Further Advancement II), I realized that we are cultivating at high levels. Our minds are righteous and we should not be restricted by any old un-righteous rules or boundaries in our speech and writing. Staying within these boundaries would essentially be giving in to the old forces' arrangement. Dafa has given us wisdom. We should be able to write down the pure and righteous thoughts in our minds without worry about whether the language is fluent or beautiful. If every word contains the wisdom that we have gained from the Fa at different levels, then the writing would be most touching and powerful. Could it still possibly be within the old rules and confinements? I believe that every practitioner is capable of doing this.
My understanding is that being overly concerned about one's writing style or ability when one is writing an article shows that one is constrained by preconceived notions. We are noble practitioners; we should not create constraints for ourselves that will limit our abilities. Every practitioner can write good articles, because our hearts are for validating Dafa.
Through experience sharing, the elderly female practitioner said that after eliminating her improper mindset she spent the whole day writing her experiences and has completed an article. When I read it, I felt the article was very well written and it reflected her genuine heart.
I hope that through this little story more practitioners will write down their experiences and help validate Dafa even more.
Your kind feedback is very much appreciated.
