The following is an excerpt from the article "Who Is Violating the Law?--Thoughts on the Rescue of Charles Li"

The evil has made up a "law;" whoever kills or sets fire is not against this "law," only those who tell the truth break this "law." This "law" should not be accepted by the people of the world. Tolerance does not mean being weak. When Dafa disciples firmly tell people the truth with a peaceful voice, while facing violence and misunderstanding from others, their brave acts and dedication to truth and justice is great forbearance. Only if more and more people know that they should respect the great forbearance of cultivators, will the evil cease to exist in this world, and then humankind's future will be filled with brightness. Hence, these acts (of clarifying the truth) are acts of great compassion that benefit our society.

The following is an excerpt from the article "See Through the False Principles of the Old Forces."

The evil has spread lies, saying that whoever entered their brainwashing classes or labor camps, must "transform." The evil that remains in the cosmos and has persecuted Dafa disciples' lives, families, and physical bodies, is becoming increasingly mad in its final steps. This has resulted in some Dafa practitioners being stuck in conflicts in their work and family, and they cannot do very well in joining the Fa-rectification. The old evil forces have created some opportunities for practitioners which appear to be what the practitioners have hoped for, such as letting them study the Fa, or do the exercises in a detention center, etc. If we cannot be clearheaded from the perspective of the Fa, we might be interfered with by these false principles, and strengthen them unintentionally. The reason that we came to this world was not to avoid brainwashing classes and labor camps, or to see practitioners study the Fa and do the exercises in detention centers. Our fundamental mission is to help Master's Fa-rectification and save sentient beings!

Truth and People's Hearts

We found out that the Chinese Ambassador in Canada, Mei Ping, was going to chat with Chinese friends at a University. Several of our fellow Falun Dafa practitioners went there together. We found that the room was guarded, and many visitors were blocked from entering. We decided to wait outside the door. Ambassador Mei Ping finally showed up. We said to him in both English and Chinese, "Please pass on our words to the Chinese government, 'Stop persecuting Falun Gong, Falun Dafa is great,' 'Falun Gong is innocent' and so on." They were all very quiet, and left in a hurry with their heads lowered.

Righteous Thoughts and Righteous Actions

The following is an excerpt from the article "My Story of Obtaining the Fa and Fa-rectification."

After I obtained the Fa [the law of the universe] in 1997, seven or eight diseases that I had suffered from disappeared. So my mother, my wife and my daughter all obtained the Fa. My mother suffered for 32 years with a hunched back and this straightened up miraculously. She can even ride a bike! In 2000, I went to the detention center with other fellow practitioners and requested the release of innocent fellow practitioners who were arrested. However, I was arrested there. Evil police beat me until I passed out. I was arrested in 2001 again, and sent to a brainwashing class after two months. Because I refused to renounce my faith, they sent me to a detention center. I was sent to the Wanjia Labor Camp in July, 2001 with a one-year term. I used to weigh 80 kg, but lost 25 kg [about 55 pounds], and grew scabies all over my body. I could not sleep for even one hour. I was force-fed many times, and my life was in danger. I realized that I should strengthen my righteous thoughts. I was released in April 2002, which was 100 days over my term. Now we are passing out truth-clarifying materials and traveling 50-60 kilometers [about 31 to 37 miles] on bikes to save sentient beings.
