Wen Yaochao, female, 33 years old, was a teacher at Xinhua High School. She was first detained in March 2000 and held in a forced labor camp for a year. She was then sent to a forced labor camp for another two years beginning in 2002. She remains in Nanmusi Forced Labor Camp.

Zhao Fengying, female, 54 years old, was an employee of the city's power bureau and recognized as a model worker. She was detained in January 2000 and incarcerated in the Nanmusi Forced Labor Camp for one and a half years.

Gao Longying, a farmer from Miyi County, was illegally detained in a forced labor camp for a year starting in May 2000, and was taken to Nanmusi again in 2002. She is still in the camp.

Su Lijuan, female, over 30 years of age, was the head the Cultural Center in the town of Salian. In January 2000 she was detained and illegally held in a forced labor camp for one and a half years.

Long Defen, female, 62 years old, is a farmer from Tongde County. She was held in a forced labor camp for a year.

Wang Junli, female, 62 years old, is a farmer from Tongde County. She was detained for one month.

Guan Xuehe, male, 48 years old, is a farmer from Xinhua County. He was incarcerated in a forced labor camp for one and a half years.

Guan Xuezhi, male, 58 years old, is a farmer from Xinhua County. He was detained in a forced labor camp for one and a half years.

Chao Yucheng, male, 42 years old, is a farmer from Xinhua County. He was incarcerated in a forced labor camp for a year.

Ai Zelin, male, 27 years old, is an employee of the Renhe District Trade Department. He was detained in a forced labor camp for one year and eight months.

Hu Ansu, female, 50 years old, a housewife, was detained in a forced labor camp for a year.

Nie Hua, male, 54 years old, is a farmer from Nianfang, Tianba Village, Renhe District. He was incarcerated in a forced labor camp for one year.

Xuan Xuezhen, female, 51 years old, is the wife of a railway maintenance worker. She was detained in a forced labor camp for one and a half years.

Geng Dexin, male, 36 years old, officer of the Armed Police.

Wang Wei, male, 33 years old, employee of the No 19 Foundry. He was kidnapped and taken to the Wanyaoshu Detention Center. While being kidnapped, Wang Wei suffered a heavy blow to the head and lost consciousness.

Zhang Ji, female, 33 years of age, is a university graduate. She is now in Yanbian Detention Center.

Wu Hanping, female, 30 years old, construction worker, was detained in a forced labor camp for a year.

Zhang Peiyun, female, 52 years of age, wife of an employee, was illegally detained in January 2000 and incarcerated for one and a half years.

Liu Qinghua, female, 53, employee of the Panzhihua Iron and Steel Complex, was detained in a forced labor camp for one and a half years.

Chen Chunmei, female, 35 years old, employee of the Panzhihua Iron and Steel Complex, was incarcerated in a forced labor camp for two years.

Dong Mengjiu, female, 52 years old, wife of an employee was detained in a labor camp for one year.

Luo Lingzhen, female, 38, teacher and technical college graduate, was incarcerated for one and a half years.

Luo Yangsheng, male, 52 years old, employee of the Panzhihua Iron and Steel Complex was detained in 2001 and incarcerated in a detention center for one and a half years.

Wang Jun, male, 39 years old, employee of the Panzhihua Iron and Steel Complex was detained in a forced labor camp for one and a half years.

Liu Junde, male 55, employee of the Panzhihua Iron and Steel Complex is being held at the detention center.

Xu Langzhou, male, 31, policeman of the City Traffic Police Brigade, was detained in a forced labor camp for one and a half years, and his detention was extended without reason. He was released in December 2002.

Xu Bin, male, 29 years old, employee of the Panzhihua Iron and Steel Complex was detained in 2000 and incarcerated in a forced labor camp for one and a half years. He was again illegally detained in 2002.

Luo Xiumei, female, 25 years old, employee of the Panzhihua Iron and Steel Complex was sentenced to four years of "re-education through forced labor."

Yan Baoping, female, 40 years old, employee of the Panzhihua Iron and Steel Complex was detained in December 2000 and incarcerated for one and a half years. She was released in July 2002. She was kidnapped and taken to Nanmusi Detention Center for the second time in September 2002.

Liao Chunpu, male, over 40 years old, self-employed, was sentenced to four years of forced labor.
