I vow to adhere to my chosen course of validating Dafa even though there are layers upon layers of tribulations: I am a female Dafa practitioner and I began practicing Falun Dafa in 1995. I was lucky to be able to take part in many activities to introduce Dafa to more people. I also had the opportunity to witness the grand appeals on April 25 and July 20, 1999, and have seen kind practitioners being persecuted with my own eyes. I've been to Beijing four times to appeal for Falun Dafa. Each time, I was unreasonably detained. In 2000, I was sent under escort, to the Shijiazhuang Forced Labor Camp and was illegally sentenced to two years of "re-education through forced labor." We, the Dafa practitioners under "strict surveillance," refused to cooperate with any orders, and endured all kinds of mistreatment and humiliation. Dafa practitioners went on a group hunger strike to oppose the persecution. I was force-fed through nasal intubation. On the tenth day of the hunger strike, I was sent to a hospital. After more than 10 days of emergency medical treatment, I was sent back to the labor camp. On the 15^th day of the hunger strike, a police officer checked my pulse and became nervous. She immediately informed the labor camp hospital of my condition. Doctors concluded that I had heart failure and that I could die at any moment. The next day, they let my husband take me home. In this way, in December 2000, I left the den of demons.

The cruel methods that the vicious police officers from the Angchen Municipal Detention Center in Hebei Province used to mistreat Dafa practitioners: To line their pockets with practitioner's money, police officers forced practitioners to do hard labor and extorted money from them, they did not allow practitioners to sleep, forced them to bend over with their hands raised behind their backs, forced practitioners to eat inedible food, incited criminal inmates to insult practitioners, burned practitioner's bodies with lit cigarettes, violently beat them, and made practitioners endure extreme hunger.

A veteran policeman wrote to police officers and armed police throughout China: When I saw the ongoing political campaign to persecute Falun Gong, and police officers rampantly committing crimes, I remembered that previously, the people used as "instruments of dictatorship" to implement the illegal policies were later utterly discredited and suffered moral condemnation. One can't ignore this historical lesson! The Department of Public Security is the government sector that executes the laws. It should safeguard the Constitution from being trampled on, and protect people's rights from being infringed upon. Dear colleagues, please don't be utterly loyal to the regime without distinguishing between right and wrong. Even more importantly, please don't assist the tyrant to do evil. Be aware that good deeds will be rewarded with good and evil deeds will meet with karmic retribution.

Over the past three years, Xu Youfang, Governor of Heilongjiang Province, has kept intensifying the persecution of Falun Dafa practitioners, hoping to utilize Dafa practitioner's blood to pave his road to promotion. Under his orders, all prisons, forced labor camps, psychiatric hospitals, and brainwashing centers in Heilongjiang Province became concentration camps for persecuting Dafa practitioners. Xu Youfang's evildoing also brought considerable calamity to countless common people. At the same time, numerous natural disasters and man-made calamities have occurred in Heilongjiang Province.
