Truth About Persecution

Around April 25, 2003, the lawless mayor from Gongzhuling City, Jilin Province who is in charge of the persecution of Falun Gong organized a two-day-and-night search and arrest of Dafa practitioners in the city and surrounding towns. Police departments, district offices and street committees all sent people to patrol the streets during the daytime and for monitoring at night. The police patrol cars were everywhere, making such a loud noise that the people living nearby could not rest. Because of local practitioners' righteous thoughts and righteous actions, the evil did not affect Fa-rectification activities, and only one Dafa practitioner was illegally arrested.

Jiang'an District Brainwashing Center in Wuhan City holds three-months class for each session, and about 20 "workers" in the center were sent from different work units. They kidnap four Dafa practitioners during each session. Li Yingjie and Xia Gangyi, the heads from Jiang'an District "610 Office" stayed in the center and ordered collaborators and vicious guards to brutally torture the practitioners. Some practitioners held a hunger strike, and the vicious police Zhu Lin and collaborators force-fed them with food mixed with unknown drugs. The collaborators, including Gong Lianghan, tried to brainwash the practitioners with evil propaganda around the clock and brutally beat the practitioners.

News From China

My mother Zhen Xiangjun is a 63-year-old Dafa practitioner. After Dafa was attacked in China, mother persisted in Dafa practice and, as a result, was illegally detained many times. In October 2002, my mother was illegally held in Baoshan District Detention Center in Shanghai and was recently sentenced to three years of forced labor. She is still persisting in Dafa practice in the labor camp and suffered all kinds of tortures.

I am not a Falun Gong practitioner, but I, her daughter, saw my kind mother suffering all kinds of torture in jail after having gone through a lifetime of tribulations, while I am powerless to help her. Since she practiced Falun Gong, she has obtained a healthy body and lived a happy life, yet she was deprived of her right to do so. I am heartbroken and extremely anxious. I just want to say, "Mom, I miss you, I really miss you..."
