On the evening of July 19, Falun Dafa practitioners in Ottawa, Canada gathered on the lawn in front of the Chinese Embassy to request that Jiang and his regime stop persecuting Falun Gong immediately. At the same time, they gathered in remembrance of the 754 Falun Dafa practitioners who have died from cruel torture in China.

Epoch Times reported that Falun Dafa practitioners in Hong Kong held July 20th-Fourth Anniversary activities. Falun Dafa practitioners in Hong Kong said that Jiang and his regime have brutally persecuted Falun Gong for four years. Falun Dafa practitioners still protest the persecution peacefully and calmly. The Article 23 incident helped people in Hong Kong realize that the persecution is not that far from them. Hence, people have changed from not caring about the unlawful persecution of Falun Gong to supporting Falun Gong.

I cultivate Falun Gong because I want to have a healthy body and so that I can be fulfilled spiritually. I never violated any constitution or law. I have been unlawfully sentenced to nine years in prison, and my little retirement salary, which I live on, has been withheld. Have you taken into consideration that high pressure and coercion cannot change people's hearts. Using heavy sentencing and withholding salary in order to persecute cultivators makes you go against heavenly laws and human justice! I hope the government restores justice to me as soon as possible, and return to the people a peaceful, pleasant living environment. I also strongly suggest that you pay me back for all of the retirement salary that you have withheld from me.
