Hurry Up and Tell the Facts
The following is an excerpt from the article "Practitioner in China Clarifies the Truth to Deaf Person."
Once I went to a country town on business. Local people told me there was a barber shop run by a deaf person. I realized this was an opportunity, but how could I clarify the truth to a deaf person? I found that he could read a little, so I wrote on a slip of paper, "We meet today because of a predestined relationship. I would especially like to give you two sentences that are very important. Please keep them in your heart: Falun Dafa is good! Truthfulness, Compassion and Tolerance are good!" I gave him the paper. He smiled and nodded while reading. I demonstrated some positions in the second Falun Dafa exercise, and he watched carefully. We then looked at each other straight in the eyes. He smiled and gave me a thumbs-up.

A friend of my colleague's works in the courthouse. One day, he spent the night together with us in our office. He offered a cigarette to me, and I told him with a smile, "I practice Falun Gong [Falun Dafa practitioners do not smoke]." From his comments I knew he had a deep misunderstanding of Dafa. Hence, I tried different approaches to clarify the truth to him. I said, "Tell me honestly, how many words that the Chinese Communist Party has said are true? Most countries value human rights highly. In China, basic human rights are ignored at a dictator's whim. The key point is that when a government has ignored people's deaths repeatedly under the excuse of the nation's benefit, what is the outcome? The persecution of Falun Gong is the performance of a dictatorship gone to its worst extreme. If all citizens do not dare to speak out, it will not only be a tragedy for the nation!" I then told him the facts about Falun Gong, including the April 25th incident, and Jiang facing a lawsuit in many countries. I said at last, "We just want to validate the goodness of Falun Dafa. This is the reason why Falun Dafa practitioners have kept clarifying the truth in the past years. When he left the next morning, he said to me while holding my hands, "What you said makes sense and is very profound. It looks like I have to look at Falun Gong from a different angle now."
News from China
Several months ago, some people from a "610 Office" surrounded a Falun Dafa practitioner's home. After a lot of moving about, they still could not accomplish what they wanted. Many people in the neighborhood stood by or heard about this true story, and expressed their respect to Dafa practitioners from the bottom of their hearts. Police are watching their own conduct. They try to avoid from doing things like arresting Falun Dafa practitioners. One person turned in Falun Dafa practitioners and requested that police from the "610 Office" come arrest the practitioners. Police from the "610 Office" asked him back, "Do you have evidence of wrongdoing? How can we make a move based just on what you said?"
