Editor's Note: "610 Office" is an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the party and all other political and judiciary systems nationwide in China. During the past four years, Jiang's regime and all levels of these "610 Offices" have slandered Dafa with all kinds of lies. They have brutally tortured and abused Dafa practitioners, and have made policies persecuting Dafa practitioners such as "no law can hold us responsible for our treatment of Falun Gong practitioners," "the death of Falun Gong practitioners from beatings is nothing, and should be counted as suicide," and "defame their reputation, bankrupt them financially, destroy them physically."

  1. One Police Department was criticized by higher authorities because they reported finding some Dafa truth-clarifying banners at several highway entrances. In order to stop similar incidents from taking place, the police department assigned officers to patrol the highways, but they did not find any similar "events" for several days, and were exhausted.
  2. After the Sino-satellite was tapped into and Falun Dafa truth-clarification videos were broadcast, a local police department divided all the cable systems in its responsible area into sub-districts, and hired temporary guards to monitor them day and night. This became very exhausting work for them.
  3. Dafa banners were found on high-voltage electric lines. Higher authorities ordered the local police to patrol the entire city's electric lines in order to "stop similar incidents from happening." However, this police department found itself in an embarrassing situation. The city electrical system lines are several thousand kilometers long and span across mountains. How many police officers would be required to accomplish such a task? This particular incident became a joke among the neighboring police departments.
