(Clearwisdom.net) In the fall of 2002, I was arrested by the police and sent to a public security bureau. I told them the truth about Falun Dafa, but they didn't listen to me, and instead sent me to a detention center.
There were 8 prisoners in my prison cell. One 40-year-old whose last name is Wu was the so-called "cell head." He knew some kungfu and had some minor abilities. Therefore, all the prisoners were afraid of him.
I clarified the truth of Falun Dafa to the prisoners. Wu didn't believe me and said to others, "You go catch him and lift him off the ground, and then I'll use my supernormal abilities - they're guaranteed to break his leg." I told them not to do it, as it would not be good for them, and his abilities cannot have any effect on me.
At that moment, I had no fear. A prisoner named Zhang started to run towards me, and I recited the righteous thought verses and uplifted my palm. Zhang was suddenly immobilized and could not move. "Go and catch him!" Wu shouted frantically, trying to send his energy to Zhang. But Zhang said, "I just can't move!"
Having lost face in public, Wu was infuriated, and tried to punish me himself. But upon taking the first step towards me, I uplifted my palm to him, and he fell down on the bed, unconscious. All the prisoners were scared. I calmed them down and said, "He's OK. He will wake up soon and hopefully stop doing bad deeds." Before long, Wu woke up. "Oh, my kungfu was not as strong as yours," he gasped.
Since then, Wu has never bullied other prisoners. The other prisoners respected me, and I could tell them the truth of Falun Gong.
I experienced in person "While righteous thoughts display the might of Gods" ("New Year's Greetings from Master", December 31, 2002). Since Master's article "Stop the Evil Acts with Righteous Thoughts" was published, Master entrusted us with more supernormal abilities and wisdom. Let's follow what Master says and use them well.
"The basis of what Dafa disciples do is saving people and doing good. These righteous thoughts are to stop wicked people from doing evil, to warn other bad people, and to prevent the world's people from committing sins, and their purpose is still to save all beings." ("Stop the Evil Acts with Righteous Thoughts").
