(Clearwisdom.net) For Cleveland residents, "torture" is not always a clear concept. However, when they saw the scenes of practitioners being tortured in China, they were shocked by the brutality.

On July 8 and 9, practitioners held a "Persecution and Truth" anti-torture exhibition to expose the brutality of the persecution. The exhibition was held at a busy public plaza and a spot next to Cleveland's city hall.
Columbus Falun Gong practitioner Lei Chen, one of the organizers of this exhibition, told visitors of the exhibition: "What the exhibition shows is only a tiny portion of those more than 100 torture methods used by Chinese police in order to force practitioners to given up Falun Gong. We hope more and more civilians will learn of the truth of the persecution and help us end this persecution as soon as possible."
The vivid torture exhibition touched many visitors: some were shocked by the brutality of the persecution, some burst into tears, some asked how they could help practitioners, and some learned the Falun Gong exercises at the site.
A group of children stayed at the exhibition for a long time. They asked a female practitioner who was demonstrating a torture method whether or not she was in pain and who had hurt her. After they heard that people are being tortured for doing meditation, right away they could tell the persecution is wrong.
PBS, the largest Cleveland newspaper and two local TV stations conducted interviews at the exhibition and talked to Charles Lee's fiancée Yeong-Ching Foo. One of the TV stations broadcasted a 5-minute special report on this exhibition on the same day.
