1. [Xingcheng City, Liaoning Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Wang Zhongyan Arrested
Around 4:00 p.m. on August 5, 2004, personnel from the Ningyuan Neighborhood Association, the Ningyuan Police Station and the Ningyuan Police Department arrested Wang Zhongyan, a Dafa practitioner from Xingcheng City, Liaoning Province.

2. [Huludao City, Liaoning Province] Arrests of Falun Dafa Practitioners in Huludao City
(1) Around 9:00 p.m. on July 31, 2004, personnel from the Longgang District Security Section, headed by Ma Qingbo, arrested two sisters whose last name is Zhang. They ransacked the sisters' rented apartment and confiscated Dafa books, weekly journals and their cell phones.
(2) On July 27 Falun Dafa practitioner Zu Guizhen was reported while she was handing out truth-clarifying material in Building No. 75 of Zinc Factory's residential area in Huludao City. Police from Xijie Police Station arrested her. She is currently being illegally held in the Huludao City Detention Center. Her family has not been allowed to visit her.
3. [Nanzhao County, Henan Province] Jin Chaohui, An Employee of Nanzhao Tax Bureau, Illegally Prohibited from Going to Work
Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Ji Chaohui, 45 years old, was an employee of the Nanzhao County Tax Bureau in Henan Province. She started to practice Falun Gong in 1996. Since Jiang's regime began its persecution of Falun Gong in July 1999, she has been to Beijing three times to appeal against the persecution. The county's police department sentenced her to three years in a forced labor camp.
On January 1, 2004, her term expired. Because she refused to give up practicing Falun Gong and write the so-called "Three Statements" renouncing her belief, the tax bureau didn't allow her to return to work. Yang Qingyi, the head of the tax bureau, was fooled by the lies and refused to listen to Dafa practitioners' truth-clarification.

4. [Qingyuan County, Liaoning Province] Arrest of Yu Shiquan, a Falun Dafa Practitioner from Hongtoushan Township
Around 4:00 or 5:00 p.m. on May 19, 2004, Yu Shiquan, a Falun Dafa practitioner from Hongtoushan Township, Qingyuan County, Liaoning Province was arrested. An hour or two later, Ruan Li and another three policemen from the Qingyuan County Police Department ransacked Yu Shiquan's home. They found banners, truth-clarifying materials and Dafa books. Yu Shiquan is currently being illegally held in Fushun.
5. [Huolinguole City, Inner Mongolia] Three Falun Dafa Practitioners Illegally Detained in Huolinguole City's Detention Center
Currently, three Falun Dafa practitioners are still being illegally held in the Huolinguole City Detention Center in Inner Mongolia. Their names are Wang Fenglan (female, 47 years old), Zhu Xuefeng (female, 46 years old) and Li Ping (female, 42 years old).
6. [Qidong County, Hunan Province] Arrest of Zhang Xianzhao, Who Is Over Seventy Years Old, from Qidong County
On July 25, 2004, Falun Dafa practitioner Zhang Xianzhao, from Ejing Village, Guoshuiping Township, Qidong County, was reported to the local "610 Office" while he was handing out truth-clarifying materials. Officers from the local police station arrested him.
Zhang Xianzhao is over 70 years old. On July 25, 2004, while handing out truth-clarifying flyers in Shi Township, he was followed by Tang Chunsheng, the head of Ejing Village, who reported him to the Guoshiping Township Police Department. Hu Jianhua, who is in charge of Guoshuiping Township's "610 Office" and police from the Guoshuiping Township Police Station forcibly arrested Zhang Xianzho.
