(Clearwisdom.net) I work at an auto parts company. This company has about 650 employees. My truth-clarification efforts were limited to teaching Falun Gong and clarifying the facts about the persecution of Falun Gong in my department and my office. About 80% of my coworkers in the department had learned all five sets of the Falun Gong exercises and 90% had read Zhuan Falun, the main text of Falun Gong. They all understand and support my truth-clarifying efforts. When I did not do so well, they would remind me: "Falun Gong."
However, there are still 500+ employees on the production line: how should I
help them know about Falun Gong? When I had some free time, I often went to the
production shop. One day, I saw a familiar face there. She was a fellow Falun
Gong practitioner who just came to this company three weeks ago. She even told
me that there was another practitioner in the same shop. I was so excited, as I
sensed right away that we could have a good way to introduce Falun Gong to the
company employees. The next day, we decided to do exercises together on the lawn
in front of the company office building. In order to practice together, I applied to the department manager for an adjustment to my schedule,, and the
manager approved it right away.

Our group practice attracted a lot of employees right away. Some remarked, "Beautiful!" Some commented, "They are so peaceful and serene." Some asked, "What is this?" On the second day, some came to learn Falun Gong.
A coworker who had learned the exercises from me before said, "Please teach me again. I barely practiced and almost forgot how to do them. Seeing that your friends are so young and beautiful, I want to practice again." She joked, "I did not mean to say that you are not pretty." I sincerely told her, "Your feeling is correct. Do you know why they look younger and prettier than me? They have practiced Falun Gong for a longer time. This is one feature of Falun Gong. It helps people to stay young." She said, "Then I should hurry up and start."
One day, it rained very hard and we couldn't practice. However, many people were waiting to watch at the door. Someone told me, "It is too bad that you guys cannot practice and we cannot watch." Taking this opportunity, I told them about the persecution. People all asked, "Why would they [Jiang's regime] persecute such a good practice?"
A Chinese coworker had read a lot of truth-clarifying materials, however, he was still unsure whether or not he should practice. When he saw us practicing outside, he was quite worried for us and said, "Don't you fear that others may accuse you of violating company rules? I told him, "Lunch break is one's free time. People can have lunch, take a walk or chat with friends. Why can't we do exercises and meditation? You should know that Canada is a democratic nation and this is not China." He said, "You are right." His concern then disappeared. As long as our mind is righteous, we will change the environment.
I think that when people see us practicing, they will want to learn; when people want to learn the exercises, they will also learn about the persecution; once they learn the truth, they will have had a precious opportunity to be saved in the future.
