Because a family member practices Falun Gong, the 610 Office has been persecuting my family. To protect my family members, I wrote something that should not have been written. I know I was wrong because I know some very good Falun Dafa practitioners. I respect their actions very much and I now declare that what I wrote is null and void. From now on, I will take all opportunities to tell people that Falun Dafa is good, so that I can make up for the loss I caused.

Solemn Statement

In the past, to protect Falun Gong practitioners, under the high political pressure I wrote something against my conscience that defamed Falun Dafa. After a long-term observation of Falun Gong practitioners' words and actions, I truly feel that Falun Gong teaches people to do good and it improves people's morality. It does not harm society, but instead is beneficial and worth spreading and studying. Therefore, I regretted very much having written the so-called "Guarantee Statement," "Repentance Statement,"(1) etc., even though my intention was to protect my family members from being arrested. I should also not write things slandering Dafa to protect my family members from suffering persecution. Therefore, I sincerely admit to this, and by using the Internet, I want to further declare that all that I have written and said that goes against Dafa is null and void. From now on, I support Falun Gong from my heart. I will gradually follow "Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance" and seize opportunities to tell people that Falun Dafa is good.

Solemn Statement

I will be 10 years old this year. In November 2002 (I'm not a Falun Gong practitioner), an exam paper was distributed to each student in the class. Because my mother was arrested due to practicing Falun Gong, I thought Falun Gong was not good. So I wrote something defaming Falun Dafa in the exam paper. Afterwards, my mother told me that Falun Gong is good! Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance are good. I also want to follow "Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance" and become a good child. Therefore I declare those statements written in the exam paper about defaming Dafa to be null and void. From now on, I will seek opportunities to tell people that Falun Dafa is good to make up for the losses I've brought to Dafa.

(1) Repentance Statement - In this statement the practitioner is forced to admit remorse for practicing Falun Gong, promise to give up Falun Gong, and never again associate with other practitioners or go to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong.
