(Clearwisdom.net) The 32nd annual Neptune Festival in Virginia Beach was held on October 1. Every September brings this festival, which is the largest event in the area and also one of the ten largest celebrations of its kind in the eastern U.S.

The parade started at noontime, with spectators crowded on both sides of the parade route. More than one hundred groups participated in this event, and it was the third time that practitioners had participated. They brought to the local people the peaceful Falun Gong exercises, graceful celestial maiden dance and unique waist drum performance. With "Falun Dafa is Good" music playing all the way along the parade route, practitioners performed the programs continuously. Wherever they went, they received warm applause from the audience. Many spectators were drawn by the exercise demonstrations and started reading the Falun Gong pamphlet immediately upon receiving it.
