Facts of the Persecution
1. Ms. Yang Qiaoli Deprived of Her Right to a Family Visit - Her Two-Year-Old Daughter Adopted
Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Yang Qiaoli is the wife of an employee of Dongpo Coal Mine in Tongchuan City, Shaanxi Province. Her whole family is being persecuted due to her practicing Falun Gong. Ms. Yang Qiaoli has been secretly sentenced to three and a half years in prison and sent to the Shaanxi Province Women's Prison. Her family has been looking for her in the past nine months ever since she was arrested, but the police have not allowed them to visit her. Her two-year-old daughter has been adopted by kind hearted people because she was left without care. Ms. Yang's mother-in-law died from the trauma caused by the police, and her father-in-law and husband were both arrested for practicing Falun Gong.

2. Ms. Xu Jingxian on Trial Again in Changsha City
On August 18, 2005, Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Xu Jingxian (52 years old, lives in Kaifu District, Changsha City, Hunan Province) was put on trial. On September 29, 2005, Ms. Xu was again put on trial. Ms. Xu was greatly encouraged when she saw fellow practitioners present in the courtroom. The trial only lasted a little over ten minutes, and the local authorities are attempting to sentence her to prison.
