(Clearwisdom.net) Ms. Zhou Xuefei had been subjected to persecution imposed upon her by the communist regime in China. In October 2004, she eventually came to the USA to be reunited with her husband. On the afternoon of December 17, 2005, Ms. Zhou was invited to come to Birmingham, the capital of Alabama, to participate in a rally supporting 6 million withdrawals from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), and to make a speech. She used her personal experience to expose the malevolent CCP regime's ruthless and inhuman persecution.

Ms. Zhou said, "Several days ago, on the Minghui/Clearwisdom website, I read about a violent incident in which two women Falun Gong practitioners were raped by a Chinese policeman in Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province. The policeman named He Xuejian raped two middle-aged Falun Gong practitioners. Shortly after this incident, on December 13, that was the second day after my birthday, I read another report from Minghui entitled, 'Husband of Han Yuzhi in a Dilemma, Loses Contact with His Wife Who Had Been Raped.' Being afraid of the malevolent CCP's insidious retaliation, Han Yuzhi's husband, Liu Jianzeng, who had risked his life to try to seek redress from the police station, was forced to compromise. He dared not seek justice for his wife, the mother of two children. Han Yuzhi said to her husband in grief and indignation, 'I was raped.' Later, she left home in grief and bitterness and her whereabouts have been unknown since then. As a woman, from her leaving home in grief, I understand how much she has been suffering.
"As a Falun Gong practitioner from Mainland China, in June 2000, under the CCP's senseless persecution, we had no other recourse but to go to appeal for justice for Falun Gong at the State Council appeals office. But the police guarded the appeals office. Once they got our names, they would send us back to our hometown. So I went to Zhongnanhai [the central government compound] to unfurl a banner. The police took me to a place. I asked which police station it was. They did not dare to tell me. Later, I managed to learn that it was Fuyoujie Police Station, located in the area where the "April 25" peaceful appeal took place in 1999. That afternoon, we were arrested and taken there. It poured rain outside, while inside, they took turns 'interrogating' me. I did not tell them my name and address. I did not know what time it was. I only remember that a short, thin police officer who seemed to have received education and looked in his 30s suddenly threatened me, 'If you don't tell me, then after midnight, you'll see how I'll treat you!' I know as a woman, hearing such words, the threatening implication was evident enough. Afterwards, he threatened me several more times. The tears ran down my face. I felt it was really ... they are equal to the tools of this evil CCP.
"I was also persecuted and imprisoned at Guangdong Province's Women Forced Labor Camp. The address is No.1 Section, Sanshui District, Foshan City. In 2003, I was detained in Room 305, Division No. 2 of the so-called 'Special Control Brigade' that was dedicated to persecuting Falun Gong. My bed was near a balcony. On the top layer of the bunk bed was a young woman practitioner was from Zhanjiang, Guangdong Province. An elder woman practitioner told me about her before she left the labor camp. That is to say, only the elder practitioner knew it. Then for testifying in the future, the elder practitioner told me that the young woman practitioner from Zhanjiang had been raped by the police at a police station before being sent here. She was not married yet! Concerning the matter of privacy, under such severe circumstances, it is too difficult to mention it. That is to say, cases like this that have not yet been exposed, were really cruel facts.
"After learning that Han Yuzhi had left home, just several days ago, an idea came into my mind. I'd like to speak out here: In the past six years of persecution, Luo Gan, this main perpetrator, has inserted a dark hand into the public security system and political and judiciary system in Mainland China. His crimes are unpardonable."
