1. Police officer from Shandong Province Petroleum University Substation Confines Practitioner Mr. Li Yeming in His' Home
Early on the morning of March 26, 2005, a police officer from the Shandong Province Petroleum University Substation confined Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Li Yeming in his home. The police officer tried to arrest Mr. Li Yeming, who firmly resisted by refusing to open the door. The police failed to break the locks and waited downstairs in Mr. Li Yeming's home. Many people have been watching and have witnessed how the police attempted to break the 'locks. The police have been waiting there more than two days and even cut off the power supply to Mr. Li's home.

2. Dark Cells Established in Deyang Prison
From September 9 to 14, 2004, the guards in the Fourth Ward of Deyang Prison in Sichuan Province locked practitioners Mr. Bao Mingquan, Mr. Wang Mingqing, and Mr. Song Wanhong into dark cells. They deprived them of sleep and did not let them sit. The guards forced the practitioners onto the floor in the cells and beat, deceived and insulted them in an attempt to force the practitioners to give in to the brainwashing and to sign the Three Statements. They used cardboard to prevent any light from coming in through the 'windows. Mr. Bao Mingquan was confined in a dark cell for 86 hours, Mr. Wang Mingqing for 78 hours, and Mr. Song Wanhong for 13 hours.

3. Police in Handan City, Hebei Province, Arrest 14 Practitioners
On the evening of February 23, 2005, in their search for Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Cheng Fengxiang, who had recently escaped from a labor camp, more than fifty police officers led by Chen Jushan, male, from the from Political Security Office, and Team Leader Yang Qingshe, male, arrested Mr. Li Zhenzhong and his wife Xiaofen, his younger brother Li Jianhong, and his mother, all from Xiaoxi Street. They also arrested Ms. Lan Feng, Ms. Lan's son, and Ms. Xia Meiyun from Mingyang Village. Mr. Cheng Peiju and Ms. Gong Shuangqin from Xiaodong Street were arrested the next day A few days later, the police arrested Mr. Zhao Chuanjie, Zhihua, gender unknown, an employee of Cotton Storage, Mr. Gai Xinzhong and his wife from Xigang Village, and Mr. Liu Haifeng and his wife from Heying Village. Police Team Leader Yang Qingshe interrogated Mr. Li Zhenzhong with various tortures for 17 days. Mr. Li Zhenzhong has been mentally and physically harmed. His body is completely covered with blisters, and one of his arms is disfigured. Mr. Zhao Chuanjie, Mr. Liu Haifeng and Mr. Gai Xinzhong, who is over 60 years old, have been on a hunger strike more than 20 days and have been tortured by being force-fed often.

4. Recent Persecution Facts from Baoding Forced Labor Camp
There are about 70 Falun Dafa practitioners detained in Baoding Forced Labor Camp in Hebei Province. Twenty-five practitioners are in the Men's Ward, and more than 40 practitioners are in the Women's Ward. Some of these practitioners have been severely tortured. For example, Mr. Zhang Yanwu, in his thirties, was a teacher at Mancheng County Elementary School. He has been shocked with electric batons and cuffed to heater pipes for three days at a time for refusing to answer a questionnaire to assess the status of his "transformation." In January 2005, Guard Liu Qingyong called Mr. Zhang Yanwu to the fourth floor, tortured him and cuffed him onto a bed for more than twenty days, which left him very weak.
Practitioner Mr. Jin Qi, over 35 years old, is from Beipang Village, Caohe Town, Xushui County. Guards Liu Yuesheng (male), Zhang Zhanqiang (male), and Song Yahe (male) brutally shocked him with electric batons. He was locked in a cell with severe stomach bleeding. He went on a hunger strike for over three months. On February 9, just before the 2005 Chinese New Year, Mr. Jin Qi's weight was reduced to about 100 pounds, which placed him in a life threatening condition. As of March 2005 he is slowly recovering but has difficulty walking and is disfigured.
Practitioner Mr. Wang Pingjun from Li County is in his sixties. He became sick with stomach bleeding and heart pains on March 8, 2005.
Practitioner Mr. Liu Erle from Xiong County is in his forties. He was shocked with electric batons in November 2004 for refusing to answer a questionnaire as part of the brainwashing assessment. They also punched, kicked, and beat him after shocking him.
Practitioner Mr. Wang Chunde, in his thirties, was a lecturer at Dingzhou City's Traditional Vet-Medicine College. When he refused to cooperate with authorities, male guard Liu Qingyong ordered him to go to the fourth floor and tortured him. In December 2004, Mr. Wang Chunde was cuffed onto a bed with his arms and legs pulled apart. He was forced to stand for more than 15 days, which left him in a debilitated condition.
