Facts of the Persecution: The Persecution of Falun Dafa Practitioner Wang Fengyun and Her Family in Nongan County, Jilin Province

During the vicious persecution over the past six years, Falun Dafa practitioner Wang Fengyun from Nongan County, Jilin Province was constantly tormented by the authorities for her belief. She was illegally sentenced to four years of forced labor and is currently being held at Heizuizi Women's Labor Camp in Changchun City, Jilin Province.

Ms. Wang's husband Wang Zhongren was detained many times for appealing for justice for Dafa. Her daughter Wang Xiaoqiu was illegally detained and held at a forced labor camp for one year and was physically and mentally devastated by the abuse she suffered while in detention.

The persecutors extorted money from Wang Fengyun and her husband, which they were saving for their son's college education. Each time Wang Fengyun or her husband was held at the Nongan County Custody Center, perpetrators from the Political and Security Division from Nongan County extorted "guarantee" money from their family. They refused to release Wang Fengyun if they didn't get the money. Wang Fengyun and her family are destitute after being squeezed for extortion money numerous times. This happy family was torn apart and destroyed by the evil persecution.
