(Clearwisdom.net) Ms. Liu Xinyun was a 28-year-old middle schoolteacher from Shenzhou, Hubei Province. After July 20, 1999, Jiang's regime started persecuting Falun Dafa. Because Ms. Liu was steadfast in practicing Falun Dafa, the Shenzhou 610 Office repeatedly detained her in detention centers and sent her to brainwashing classes to persecute her. At the last brainwashing class, Ms. Liu became mentally unstable. When her family members brought her home, police officers placed her under house arrest. She never recovered. In the summer of 2000, she jumped from a fourth floor balcony. She was seriously injured and paralyzed from the neck down. After a few months of suffering, she died.
Mr. Hao Chengshuan was a 51-year-old villager from Huoshui Village, Huoshui Town, Wuan City, Hebei Province. Before practicing Falun Dafa he had many illnesses. After he practiced Falun Dafa his entire body was healed. Beginning July 20, 1999, the 610 Office from the village went to his house and harassed him numerous times. He was extremely stressed and passed away on September 21, 2000.
Ms. Guan Shuyun was 82 years old. She lived in the Dayang Management District in Weichang, Yangquanzi, Panshan County, Panjin City, Liaoning Province. She went to Beijing on December 17, 2000, to clarify the truth about Falun Dafa. When she returned home she continued to clarify the truth. Due to extended persecution, her living conditions were abominable. Later she got sick and died on November 4, 2004.
Mr. Liu Xuewen was 75 years old. He lived in the Qiaoko District of Wuhan City, Hebei Province. After he started practicing Falun Dafa in 1994, he became very healthy and his thoughts became very clear. Even though he was over 70, his eyesight was very good. When he joined the group in reading the Fa aloud, he didn't even need glasses. After July 20, 1999, the police often went to his house to harass him. Mr. Liu died at his son's home in Yunnan on January 30, 2003, from stress related-illness caused by the prolonged threats and intimidation.
