2. [Yingcheng City, Hubei Province] Dafa Practitioner Rao Xuming Illegally on Trial
Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Rao Xuming, an employee of Yingcheng City Police Department, Hubei Province was illegally imprisoned for two years and two months (since July 24, 2005), and was put on trial on September 26, 2006.

3. [Changtu County, Liaoning Province] Dafa Practitioner Li Guiqin and Yuan Zhongxiang Imprisoned
On the morning of September 20, 2006, Dafa practitioner Ms. Li Guiqin, Ms. Su Fengqin and Mr. Yang Zong from Beiwujia Village, Xia'ertai Township, Changtu County, were reported to Xiaertai Township Police Station by villagers while they distributed truth-clarification material at Hongjia Village, Xiaertai Township. Su Fengqin escaped immediately; Li Guiqin and Yang Zong were taken to Xiaertai Township Police Station by four police officers including Tian Dejun and Huang Feng. Afterwards, the police went to Li Guiqin’s home and arrested her son, practitioner Yuan Zhongxiang, whom they beat until blood was all over his face. Afterwards they confiscated items in their home and took many Dafa books.
Now Li Guiqin and her son Yuan Zhongxiang are imprisoned in Changtu County Detention Center and their families are not allowed to visit them. Su Fengqin has had to become destitute and homeless to avoid arrest. Though the police from the police station have extorted 2,000 yuan from Su Fengqin’s family, they still intend to take her into custody. After Yang Zong’s family paid 3,000 yuan cash to the police station, Yang Zong was released.

4. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Dafa Practitioner Wu Shuyan Illegally Sentenced to Prison for Seven Years
Dafa practitioner Ms. Wu Shuyan was illegally arrested on May 23, 2006. At 9:00 a.m. on September 15, Wu Shuyan’s family received a phone call from a woman who said she was from Dadong District Court, and that they would hold a court hearing at 10:00 a.m. But after her family went there, the court didn’t open the door. Later, according to an insider, the hearing was canceled because there was no police officer to bring her there. After a few days, the insider said they had secretly held a court session in the detention center and sentenced Wu Shuyan to prison for seven years.
5. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Chenghua District Procuratorate Try to Sue Dafa Practitioner Zheng Yingqiu
Ms. Zheng Yingqiu, 50, was part of Wuye Hospital staff and lives in Ziyunju Plot, Xiangmulin Road, Chengdu City. Zheng Yingqiu was arrested on September 22, 2005 by police from Taoxi Road Police Station, Bali Plot, Chengdu City and was persecuted in Pi County Detention Center. Later Zheng Yingqiu had symptoms of illness and was released on bail for medical treatment. She obtained a guarantor to post her bail and now awaits trial.
On September 25, 2006, Zheng Yingqiu received an indictment from Chenghua District Procuratorate, Chengdu City, which ordered her to go to Chenghua District Procuratorate Second Trial Court at 9:30 a.m. on October 9, 2006.

6. [Hegang City, Heilongjiang Province] Gongnong District Court in Hegang City Intends to Sentence Practitioner Yin Haizhu
Gongnong District Procuratorate in Hegang City has turned over the dossier of Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Yin Haizhu from Jiamusi to the Gongnong District Court in Hegang City, intending to illegally sentence Yin Haizhu. Zhang Jianxin from the Gongnong District Court in Hegang City is in charge. Yin Haizhu is still imprisoned at the second detention center in Hegang City at present.
7. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Zhang Xudong Taken to Secret Brainwashing Center in Zhangshi Reformatory
Recently practitioner Mr. Zhang Xudong from Shenyang City was "released from re-education" from Shenxin reformatory and should have been unconditionally released. In actuality he was taken to the secret brainwashing center in Zhangshi Reformatory for continued mistreatment.
8. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Supplemental Information about the Arrest of Practitioner Guo Lirong
Ms. Guo Lirong, an engineer of the Vanguard Electronic Corporation in Chengdu, was dismissed by her employer and imprisoned many times for persisting in practicing Falun Dafa.
On September 8, 2006, after Guo Lirong just got off work, she was arrested by police officers who were already waiting for her there. Guo Lirong went on a hunger strike to protest. She was taken to Qingyang District People’s Hospital (a prison hospital specifically used for torturing practitioners) where she was handcuffed to a hospital bed to receive intravenous injections.

9. [Yu County, Hebei Province] Mr. Sun Sanlong Arrested
Practitioner Mr. Sun Sanlong is from Pingshan County, Heibei Province. He was reported while clarifying the truth to people in Xiliang Village, Dongliang Township, Yu County. On the afternoon of August 29, 2006, Xiliang Village Head led two police officers to search Mr. Sun's temporary residence. They arrested him and sent him to be detained in Yu County Detention Center.
On September 23, 2006, Mr. Sun Sanlong was sentenced to forced labor. No one knows where he is detained now.

10. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Guo Hongyu Arrested
Practitioner Ms. Guo Hongyu, in her thirties, lives in Nangang District, Harbin City. She has been working in another town. On September 13, 2006, she was arrested while clarifying the truth at the Huangshan Mountain (a tourist attraction). Her mother Wu Yulan has been sentenced to eight years in prison for refusing to renounce Falun Gong, and is now detained in Harbin Women's Prison.

On September 24, 2006, practitioner Ms. Feng Liping from Shenzhen City was arrested in Bao'an District by 610 Office agents. Another practitioner Ms. Wang (first name unknown, from Liantang Area) was also arrested. Further details are under investigation.
12. [Beihai City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region] Ms. Wu Wenying Mistreated
Practitioner Ms. Wu Wenying, 66, lives in Dianjian Village, Xiantian Town, Beihai City. She was harassed multiple times, threatened, forced to submit her Dafa books, and arrested after July 20, 1999.
In October 1999, policemen from Dianjian Station ransacked her home when she was not in the house, took her personal ID, and never returned.
In the middle of July 2000, police arrested her and interrogated her at the station, and detained her for 15 days in Beihai City Second Detention Center.
In March 2001, police forcefully took her to Longtan Brainwashing Class, and forced her to write the three statements during those 15 days.
In March 2002, officials took her Falun Dafa books from her workplace, and detained her for 15 days, while her family members were threatened and forced to burn the Falun Dafa books.
In October 2002, police arrested her at work and took her to Pingyang Brainwashing Class located in a drug rehabilitation center. They forced her to do physical exercises under the baking sun during for 23 days.
In October 2003 when she was touring locally, police took her into custody for three days at the Yinhai District Police Department.
In 2004, police intercepted her when she tried to visit her mother's home. They pushed her into the police vehicle, took her into custody at the Yinhai District Police Department, twisted her arm, and forced her stand for one day.

Fifteen days later, police officers from Xujiapeng Police Station took her to Yangyuan Brainwashing Center. Currently she is still detained there.

15. [Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province] Practitioner Chen Peijun and Another Practitioner Arrested
On September 23, 2006, officers from the Police Department of Bao’an District went to Ms. Chen Peijun’s home, a practitioner from Shenzhen City, with a warrant. They searched her home and took her away. Now Ms. Chen is being detained in Hezhou Detention Center in Bao’an District. A male practitioner was arrested around the same time.

On August 29, 2006, in the 16th section of Shenyang First Prison, guards instigated inmates to beat Mr. Li Xinliang and then put him into strict confinement after they found Mr. Li Xinliang doing the Falun Gong exercises. Mr. Li started a hunger strike and he was brought back to his section on September 22. On the same night, inmates Gao Zhenchun, Li Shubiao and Wan Junyi beat up Mr. Li again since he did the Falun Gong exercise. Mr. Li started to hunger strike again and was put under strict confinement. Mr. Li’s health has deteriorated badly now.

Ms. Wang Yanxia, 60 years old, is a senior engineer in Huanghe Mechanical Factory in the city of Xi’an. Her home is in the residential area of Xibei Industry University in Xi’an. On September 13, 2006, officials from the Police Department of Beilin District, Zhang Jiacun of the 610 Office and Taibai Street Police Station broke into her home along with the officials from Xibei Industry University residential community and Xibei Industry University. They deceived Ms. Wang’s husband and took Ms. Wang to the Worker’s Health Resort Brainwashing Center in Chang’an District.
20. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Practitioners Feng Lichun and Liu Aihui Arrested
Ms. Feng Lichun and her husband, Mr. Liu Aihui, are both practitioners from the third group of the 9th Farm of Tanghai County. On the morning of September 22, 2006, when they were clarifying truth at the market, they were reported to the authorities. Officers from Yangling Police Station of Lannan County arrested them. In the afternoon, the Police Department of Tanghai County transferred them to the 9th Farm Police Station for interrogation. Li Taizhong and Sun Jingsen from the Police Department of Tanghai County climbed through the wall into Ms. Feng and Mr. Liu’s home. They searched their home and confiscated money and other valuable items worth 8,000 yuan. Mr. Liu escaped with the righteous thoughts and presently Ms. Feng is still detained in the brainwashing class of Tanghai County.

At about 7 a.m. on September 21, 2006, police officer Yang Chengdong and five others suddenly went to Nanyao Village, Hetou Town, Tandgu District, Tianjing City. They arrested Falun Dafa practitioners Ms. Liu Shuhua, Ms. Liu Shuzhi, and Ms. Wang and Ms. Li Yuxiqang and Wang Hongmei (These two people stopped practicing Falun Gong). The police took many Dafa Books and truth-clarifying materials. Ms. Wang steadfastly refused to go with the police. The other four were all arrested. Because Li Yuxiang and Wang Hongmei told the police that they no longer cultivate Falun Dafa, they were released from the Hetou Town Police Station after being forced to step on a portrait of Teacher and the book Zhuan Falun.
Meanwhile, at about 9 a.m. on the same day, these police went to Tianzhuangzi Village, Hetou Town. They arrested Mr. Rong Zhian, Mr. Wang Dianrong, and Xiao Cai. Xiao Cai refused to go with the police, and passed out from the forceful arrest. Because of rebuke from bystanders, the police left Xiao Cai there and took Mr. Rong and Mr. Wang away. The police also confiscated computers and truth-clarifying materials.
Wang Dianrong was released in the afternoon on the same day after he was forced to pay over 10,000 yuan.
Liu Shuhua, Liu Shuzhi, and Rong Zhi-an were detained in the detention center of Tanggu District for their persistence in cultivating Falun Dafa.

25. [Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province] Abuses Suffered by Practitioner Zhang Jie
Ms. Zhang Jie was arrested and taken to a detention center around March 10, 2005. Recently, we learned the facts of the brutal persecution she suffered from the National Security and the Beilin Police Station.
One day, a police officer wanted Zhang Jie to die. He found a big sack, put her in it and tied the sack. He carried her in a car to the top of a bridge and threw her into the river. The water under the bridge was very shallow. Zhang Jie passed out after she was dropped from the bridge. After she became conscious, she found that the sack was open, and that the rope that was used to tie the sack had snapped. She struggled to get out of the sack. However, she had no strength to stand up. Seeing her still alive, the police took her back and continue to persecute her.

Falun Dafa practitioners Mr. Wang Jianguo and Ms. Si Yurong (husband and wife) and Ms. Chen Xueyin and her husband from Yinchuan City, Ningxia Province went out of town to clarify the truth about Falun Dafa on September 14, 2006. They were arrested by the Etuokeqianqi National Security Brigade of E'erduosi City, Inner Mongolia. Now, the four are still in Etuokeqianqi. The exact place where they are detained is not clear.
27. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Zhang Hongying Sent to Brainwashing Class
Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Zhang Hongying from Zhifu District, Yantai City was arrested by the 610 Office of Yantai City around July 20, 2006 and was sent to a brainwashing class. Zhang Hong went on a hunger strike to protest and was later transferred to the Fushan Brainwashing Class for further persecution. Now she is detained in the brainwashing class on the third floor of a building in the Xingfu Court of Zhifu District, Yantai City. Zhang Hongying was deprived of sleep, slapped, and pressured to "transform." Zhang Hongying’s physical and emotional health was severely damaged by the two months of persecution.

Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Li Xiaoyan was expelled from her work by the Bureau of Rural Area Development of Suizhong County for persistence in her belief in "Truthfulness, Benevolence, Forbearance." Because of interference from the Political and Judiciary Committee of Huludao City, the 610 Office, the Political and Judiciary Committee, and the Bureau of Rural Area Development, Li Xiaoyan’s job applications were postponed. She is still unemployed.

On September 1, 2006, two truth-clarification material sites in the city of Xi'an were ransacked. Falun Dafa practitioners Mr. Shou Shundi, Mr. Gao Mantang, and four others were arrested. Twenty days have past and the police still have not notified their family members. It is not known where they are detained.
