On the evening of September 12, 2006, in Dadianzi Township, Tieling City, Liaoning Province, practitioner Mr. Liu Chuntie and his wife, Ms. Wang Lijuan, were illegally arrested at their home by the Tieling City Police Department.

Ms. Xu Xiuhui, a practitioner in Wukeshu Town of Yushu City, was reported to the police while she was clarifying the truth about Falun Dafa on a bus and then detained at the police branch of the bus depot for several hours. On the afternoon of September 16, she was arrested by police officers from the bus depot police branch and detained at the Yushu City Detention Center.

Three practitioners in Tieling City were arrested while they were distributing truth clarification materials on the night of September 13, 2006, by Tieling County Police Department officers. They are currently detained at the Tieling County Detention Center.

Mr. Wang Bingxian from the Beichen District of Tianjin City was arrested around the Hongqiao Police Department by officers from Dahutong Police Station in the Hongqiao District at nine o’clock on September 11, 2006. He is currently detained at the Hongqiao Police Department.

On September 12, 2006, Xinxiang practitioner Ms. Zhao Shuzhen was reported to the police while she was clarifying the truth about Dafa to people at Leisure Square in Muye Park. 10. [Zhaoyuan, Shandong Province] Practitioner Mr. Wang Shaofa Arrested
On September 15, 2006, Zhaoyuan practitioner Mr. Wang Shaofa was arrested by police officers from the State Security Division of Zhaoyuan City while he was delivering goods. He was sent to the Linglong Brainwashing Center in Zhaoyuan. Mr. Wang’s truck and goods have been illegally sequestered by the police and his cell phone and other belongings were taken away.

On the afternoon of September 13, 2006, practitioner Mr. Qi Jianting and Mr. Qi Jianhua of Changlu Town of Mengyin County, Shandong Province, were arrested by police officers from the Mengyin Police Department and Changlu Town Police Station. Practitioner Mr. Gong Maocheng from the Mengyin County Electricity Bureau and Mr. Liu Yuanjie from the Mengyin County Bureau of Veteran Cadres were also recently arrested.

Shanghai practitioner Ms. Yuan Xiufang has been arrested and detained for close to four months at the Longwu Road Detention Center.

On the morning of September 14, 2006, practitioner Ms. Liu Yan in the Honghe Region of Yunnan Province was reported to the police by a taxi driver. Ms. Liu had tried to clarify the truth about Dafa to the driver. She was arrested and her home was illegally searched. Her computer and Dafa books were taken by the police.
19. [Yinchuan City, Ningxia Province] Practitioner Mr. Wang Jianguo and Others Arrested
Yinchuan practitioner couples Mr. Wang Jianguo and Ms. Si Yurong and Lao Chen and his wife were arrested when they were clarifying the truth to people on the afternoon of September 14, 2006. On the afternoon of September 18, their homes were searched. A desktop computer, an ink-jet printer, two electronic books, and two MP3 players were taken by the police.
20. [Chongqing City] Practitioner Ms. Li Zhonglan Sentenced to Three Years’ Imprisonment
In October 2005, Ms. Li Zhonglan was arrested. In March 2006, she was "illegally sentenced" to a three-year imprisonment and sent to the Yongchuan Jail.

Practitioner Mr. Fan Fagui lives on Chengxi Street in Zhijin County, Guizhou Province. In 2002, his home was searched by the police and he was sentenced to a three-year prison term because he had truth-clarification materials. When the three-year term was over, he refused to write the three statements. In May or June 2005, his father passed away. Mr. Fan was arrested again when he went home for his father’s funeral.
Ms. Fan Min, Mr. Fan Fagui’s younger sister, was reported when she clarified the truth. On July 11, 2006, she was arrested and taken to the Maomaodong Brainwashing Center in Anshun City and has been detained there ever since.
23. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Zhang Xiuhua and Ms. Zhong Caiqiong Were Reported When They Clarified the Truth
At about 2:00 a.m. on September 13, 2006, Ms. Zhang Xiuhua and Ms. Zhong Caiqiong from Tianhui Town, Chengdu City, were reported when they went to their hometown in the Le’an District of Santai County to clarify the truth. They were arrested by the police from the National Security Team of the Santai County Police Department. They are now detained at the National Security Team of Santai County Police Department.
24. [Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province] Practitioners Ms. Feng Jianzhen and Ms. Feng Jianying Secretly Arrested
On around August 30, 2006, practitioners Ms. Feng Jianzhen and her sister, Ms. Feng Jianying, from Liquan were reported when they went to Qian County to distribute truth-clarification materials, and they were secretly arrested.
25. [Suining City, Sichuan Province] Practitioners Ms. Wang Yirong and Ms. Wang Fenglian Arrested
At about 5:00 a.m. on September 16, 2006, the police from Hengshan Town Police Station broke into practitioners Ms. Wang Yirong and Ms. Wang Fenglian’s homes in the Fourth Group, Honghua Village, Hengshan Town, Suining City, Sichuan Province. The police arrested them and took away their Dafa books.

26. [Beihai City, Guangxi Province] Practitioner Ms. Chen Peigen Is Persecuted
In November 1999, Ms. Chen Peigen from Beihai City, Guangxi Province, was arrested and body-searched. The police took away the 700 yuan in cash that she was carrying, searched her home, and extorted 1700 yuan from her family. She was illegally detained at the First Detention Center for 40 days.
In June 2006, the police from the Jianshe Police Station broke into Ms. Chen Peigen’s home, searched it, and confiscated her Dafa books. Ms. Chen was detained in the Second Detention Center for fifteen days.
27. [Panjin City, Liaoning Province] Practitoners Ms. Zhang Houxiang and Mr. Wang Yuzhu Arrested
Practitioner Ms. Zhang Houxiang from Qingshui Farm in Dawa County, Panjin City, was arrested. On August 16, 2006, practitioner Mr. Wang Yuzhu was arrested at the Ecology Garden. For the past month, Mr. Wang has been detained in a garage at the Yingbin Police Station in the Xinglongtai District. He was hung up by handcuffs and persecuted.
28. [Laishui County, Hebei Province] Practitioners Mr. Zhou Jingchun and His Wife, Su Xiulan, Persecuted
Practitioners Mr. Zhou Jingchun and his wife, Ms. Su Xiulan, were fined and repeatedly brainwashed. In 2004, they were arrested and sent to a forced labor camp. All of their possessions, which were valued at about 20,000 yuan, were ransacked.
29. [Ankang City, Shaanxi Province] Practitioner Ms. Wang Guoying Persecuted in a Labor Camp
Senior practitioner Ms. Wang Guiying from Shiquan County, Ankang City, Shaanxi Province, has been detained in the "strictly monitored group" and brutally persecuted since she was arrested and sent to the Shaanxi Provincial Women’s Forced Labor Camp in early October 2005.
