Practitioner Ms. Wang Ling, 31, was illegally arrested by the State Security Department of the 610 Office of Huantai County around March 2006 because she practices Falun Gong.
She is still being held in the Zibo City Detention Center. Her life is in great danger.

On November 7, 2006, the 610 Office of Datong City secretly held a meeting to plan the arrest of Falun Dafa practitioners. On the same night, police officers broke into and ransacked the homes of several practitioners. They confiscated a large amount of truth-clarification materials, equipment, and other related items. More than twenty practitioners were arrested and held illegally. The following practitioners were reportedly arrested: Mr. Qin Junping, Mr. Qiao Jiesheng, Mr. Tian Fusheng, Ms. An Meili, Ms. Wang Haitang, Ms. Wang Gaizhen, Ms. Li Xiulian, Mr. Guo Mingyu, Ms. Zhang Yunyu, Ms. Wang Zhifang, Mr. Sun Jianguo and Ms. Wang Yi.
3. [Heilongjiang Province] The Women's Prison of Heilongjiang Province Brutally Torturing Practitioner Ms. Liu Dan
Practitioner Ms. Liu Dan, 30, is from Jixi City and graduated from Jiamusi University. Because she practices Falun Dafa, she was held in the Women's Prison of Heilongjiang Province. On the morning of October 3, 2006, when Ms. Liu was sitting on her bed in the full lotus position with her eyes closed, a criminal inmate, Han Ying (female), started to beat her. Han Ying repeatedly sat on Ms. Liu's thin body while pulling her hair, slapping her face, pinching her, and beating her with her fists. The bridge of Ms. Liu's nose turned purple and blue, her glasses were broken, and a large bunch of her hair was pulled out. When Ms. Liu started to protest the persecution by going on a hunger strike, she was brutally force-fed. After the beating, she started to experience symptoms such as headaches, chest congestion, and chest pain. On October 20, the police transferred Ms. Liu Dan from the No. 2 Group to the No. 13 Group, where the torture is continuing.

Practitioner Mr. Yang Liansheng from the Traffic Police Division of Shunchang County is around thirty-five years old. At a little past noon on November 3, 2006, he left his home. Just after 3:00 p.m., a group of police officers rushed into his home to ransack it. Reportedly, Mr. Yang is currently being held in the Detention Center of Shunchang County.

5. [Tanghe County, Henan Province] Practitioner Ms. Dong Chunmei Arrested
Practitioner Ms. Dong Chunmei from Tongzhaipu Township, Tanghe County, in Henan Province was arrested at noon on November 7, 2006. Her home was also ransacked. Police confiscated some cash and took her to the Tanghe County Detention Center.

The 610 Office and the Political and Judicial Committee of Hepu County colluded with the Procuratorate and Court of Hepu County to illegally sentence practitioner Mr. Zhang Zhihui from Beihai City in Guangxi Province to four years of imprisonment. This is the third time Mr. Zhang has been mistreated and detained. After the previous two times, he was sent to a forced labor camp.
8. [Shandong Province] Practitioner Mr. Liu Zhenfu from the Xinwen Mining Industry Group Arrested
At about 6:00 p.m. on October 27, 2006, practitioner Mr. Liu Zhenfu (around 35), from the Huaheng Mining Industry Corporation of the Xinwen Mining Industry Group in Shandong Province, discovered that the Propaganda Column in the Residential Complex of the Minor District of the Mining Industry Corporation contained propaganda paintings that defamed Master Li and Falun Dafa. Mr. Liu immediately took them down. However, someone with the surname of Bi noted this and reported him to the Public Security Division.
At 9:00 p.m. that night, the Public Security Division of the Henghua Mining Industry Corporation called on Mr. Liu Zhenfu and his wife. Subsequently, Mr. Liu was detained. Shortly after his wife (who is not a practitioner) was released, the chief of the Public Security Division, Li Dong (male), led seven police officers, including Gao Lei (male) and Wang Aimin (male), to break in and ransack Mr. Liu's home. They confiscated cash and deposit slips worth sixteen thousand yuan, a laptop, copies of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, as well as truth-clarification materials. Mr. Liu Zhenfu was held in the Public Security Division for nine days, during which time he was forbidden from seeing his family members. On November 6, 2006, he was taken to the Tai'an City Brainwashing Center.

12. [Ezhou City, Hubei Province] Information on the Mistreatment of Elderly Practitioner Ms. Wang Xixiang
Practitioner Ms. Wang Xixiang is in her sixties. She is a retired worker of the Fankou Clock Factory of Ezhou City in Hubei Province. On the morning of October 22, 2006, when Ms. Wang was posting truth-clarification materials in the village of Zelin in Ezhou City, she was stopped by middle school students who do not know the truth and was also reported by some other people. She was then arrested and taken to the Zelin Town Police Station of Ezhou City. She was taken to the Police Department of Echeng District of Ezhou City, where she was beaten by the chief of the Political and Security Division Wan Jinlou (male), and by a police officer with the surname of Li. She was held for fifteen days. She was released on November 7, 2006.
In January 2000, Ms. Wang went to Beijing to appeal for justice for Falun Dafa. She was held for fifteen days in the Echeng District Detention Center of Echeng City. In June 2001, she was held for four and a half months in the No. 1 Detention Center of Ezhou City. She was released after being extorted two thousand yuan by police officer Zhang Jixiong (male). Ms. Wang has also been repeatedly taken to the Brainwashing Center of Ezhou City.
13. [Ezhou City, Hubei Province] Practitioner Ms. Pan Zhenghui Illegally Sentenced to Three Years of Imprisonment
Practitioner Ms. Pan Zhenghui from Ezhou City in Hubei Province had to leave home to avoid being arrested. She is a retired worker from the Ezhou City Steer Factory of the former Wuhan City Steer Group. She is sixty-one years old, with severe near-sightedness. In July 2005, to avoid being arrested, she was forced to leave her hometown to wander around.
On March 29, 2006, Ms. Pan Zhenghui was arrested by the police from the 610 Office of Ezhou City in Huangshi City of Hubei Province. Subsequently, she was held in the No. 1 Detention Center of Ezhou City. She was tortured until she was at her last breath. In September 2006, Ms. Pan was tortured until she fainted in the No. 1 Detention Center of Ezhou City. The police officers were afraid of taking responsibility, so they ordered her family members to take her, unconscious, to the Ezhou City Steer Factory Hospital for emergency treatment.
In October 2006, Ms. Pan was sentenced to three years of imprisonment by the 610 Office and the Echeng District Court of Ezhou City.

At around November 8, 2006, practitioners Ms. Li Suqiong, Ms. Zhao Qianyin and Ms. Liu Tianyun from Miyi City were arrested. They are being held in the Detention Center of Miyi City.
15. [Tianjin City] Practitioners Including Ms. Li Shufeng Illegally Arrested
On October 4, 2006, practitioner Ms. Li Shufeng was followed and subsequently arrested when she was clarifying the truth in the Heping District. She is being held in the Detention Center of the Police Department of Heping District. Reportedly, she was previously arrested and sentenced to forced labor for three years. She was only released about six months ago.
On September 20, 2006, when a Fa study group in Hedong District and Zhongshanmen District of Tainjin City was meeting in a practitioner's home, police officers arrived to arrest the practitioners. One elderly practitioner walked away with righteous thoughts. Six practitioners were forced to write a guarantee statement before they were released. Two other practitioners, who refused to write the guarantee statement, were detained.
Practitioners Ms. Zhang Huiling and Ms. Zheng Qinglan from Hedong District of Tianjin City were arrested when they were clarifying the truth about Falun Dafa in the area of Dawufen Village and Zhongxi Village on the morning of October 31, 2006. They are being held in the Forced Labor Camp of Dongli District.

Without following legal procedures, they started to ransack the home; they confiscated two weekly subscriptions and several books. At that time, only Mr. Yang's family members were at home. At a little after 4:00 a.m. the following morning, Bu Yuxiang and several other police officers broke into his home again and arrested him.
