1. [Dehui City, Jilin Province] Mr. Zhang Chunqi and Other Practitioners Illegally Arrested
At around 8:00 p.m. on November 28, 2006, the Police Department of Dehui City colluded with police from the Police Station of Songhuajiang Town to break into the home of practitioner Mr. Zhu Lianzong from Zhujiatuozi Village, Songhuajiang Town, Dehui City and illegally arrested Ms. Zhu Lianzong and his wife. Additional information is currently unclear.
At a little past 5:00 a.m. on the following day, the Police Department of Dehui City colluded with police from the Police Station of Yangshu Town to break into the home of practitioner Mr. Zhang Chunqi from the No. 8 Division of the Xiajia Village of Yangshu Town and illegally arrested Mr. Zhang Chunqi. They also ransacked Mr. Zhang’s home. Mr. Zhang Chunqi is thirty-three years old. He used to suffer from cholecystitis, rheumatoid arthritis and neuralgia. When he was experiencing a severe headache, it was so painful that he smashed his head against a wall repeatedly. Due to those illnesses, he could not do any farm labor despite his young age. As a young man in his twenties, he was walking around on crutches. Although he sought medical care all over the place, his illnesses were not cured. Later, after he started to Falun Dafa, all of these diseases disappeared.
At a little past 2:00 p.m., the police broke into the home of practitioner Mr. Wang Zhonghua again to illegally arrest Mr. Wang and also ransack his home. Later, they also arrested practitioner Mr. Lu Qingwen and illegally ransacked his home.
Mr. Zhang Chunqi was held illegally in the Detention Center of Dehui City. Mr. Wang Zhinghua and Mr. Lu Qingwen were held illegally in the Detention Center of Dehui City.

2. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Practitioners Mr. Ju Ping and Mr. Jiang Song Arrested
On November 30, 2006, practitioner Mr. Ju Ping from Changchun City was followed by policemen from the Police Department of Chaoyang District, Changchun City all the way to the home of practitioner Mr. Jiang Song, who worked in the Northeastern Normal University. This led to the arrest of both practitioners.
3. [Shulan City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Mr. Zhang Zhonghua Mistreated in the Nanshan Detention Center
At a little past 6:00 p.m. on October 10, 2006, over ten police officers from the Huancheng Police Station suddenly broke into the home of practitioner Mr. Zhang Zhonghua and arrested him. They also confiscated over three hundred yuan, which included one hundred yuan that his child had saved up from New Year’s (the custom is to give young family members money). Additional items were also confiscated.
4. [Jidong County, Heilongjiang Province] Recent Information on Practitioner Mr. Qu Dehong Who Participated in the Secret Falun Gong Press Conference in 1999
After the secret Falun Gong Press Conference in 1999, practitioner Mr. Qu Dehong from Jidong County in Heilongjiang Province was illegally sentenced to three and a half years of imprisonment and was held in the Prison of Harbin City. He was released in 2003. In 2004, Mr. Qu Dehong was illegally arrested at his home by the Police Department of Jidong County. His home was ransacked and he was then sentenced to six years of imprisonment. After he was held in the Detention Center for over one year, he was taken to the Prison of Mudanjiang City. Several months later, he was transferred to the prison of Jiamusi City.
At present, his wife has divorced him and his son's current situation is unknown.
5. [Donggang City, Liaoning Province] Relevant Departments Forcibly Broke Down Residents’ Satellite Receivers
On the evening of October 29, 2006, police officers from the Police Department of Donggang City were instructed by the Director of the State Security Division, Wang Runlong (male), to arrest practitioners Ms. Zhang Li and Ms. Wang Xiaofen from Qiguding Village, Changshan Town. However, police officers made a mistake and broke into Mr. Yu Zhenghua's home, which caused Mr. Yu’s wife to pass out due to the fear. Mr. Yu’s wife was rushed to the Changshan Hospital for emergency rescue. This incident was reported by the Toronto Television Station of Canada, and it was received by the local residents who had satellite receivers. Because of this, the relevant departments of Donggang City searched the entire city for those satellite receivers and forcibly broke them down in an attempt to block the local residents from learning the truth about Falun Dafa.
6. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Ms. Liu Lihua Arrested
At about 4:00 p.m. on November 20, 2006, practitioner Ms. Liu Lihua was reported to the police in the People's Square in Dalian City. Subsequently, she was arrested by officers from the local district police station and taken to and held in the Detoxification Division of the Dalian City Police Department on the evening of the same day. When her family members went to visit her twice, they were rejected each time.

7. [Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Ms. Li Guiqin Harassed by Police
At about 11:00 p.m. on November 29, 2006, about four police officers broke through the windows and doors of the practitioner Ms. Li Guiqin's home in Xinmin Village, Xinmin Township, Taihe District, Jinzhou City in an attempt to arrest Ms. Li Guiqin, but they failed.

At Ms. Lu Xianming's first arrest, she was sentenced to one year of forced labor just because she went to Beijing City to appeal. The second time she was arrested, she was sentenced to one year and six months of forced labor, and later was transferred to the Chatou Brainwashing Center of Guangzhou City where she was subjected to seven months of additional torture. During the two times she was subjected to illegal forced labor, she went through the most brutal torture methods in the area of Guangzhou City for an extended period of time. However, none of these changed her strong and steadfast faith in Dafa.

10. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Ms. Long Shufen Tortured in the Zhangshi Forced Labor Camp
Practitioner Ms. Long Shufen was held in the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp for one year and nine months during her second detention period. She still refuses to compromise with the evil and thus has been subjected to continued torture. She was supposed to be released on August 28, 2006, but instead she was held for an additional ten days. Because she refused to write the so-called Guarantee Statement and appealed to the local police station and local 610 Office after she was released, she was arrested again and taken to the Zhangshi Forced Labor Camp. Reportedly, she will be held for an additional twenty days.

12. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Mr. Tian Yunhai Still on a Hunger Strike to Protest the Persecution in the Prison of Panjin City
Practitioner Mr. Tian Yunhai from Dalian City is currently being held illegally in the Sixth Division of the No. 1 District of the Prison of Panjin City. On November 30, 2006, eight practitioners from Yiyuan County were arrested illegally. Two of them were released while the other six practitioners are still being held. The male practitioners are being held in the Detention Center of Yiyuan County, while female practitioners are being held in Zibo City. In addition, four practitioners from Zhongzhuang Township of Yiyuan County were also illegally arrested and held on November 20, 2006. 16. [Gaomi City, Shandong Province] Practitioners Including Ms. Liu Tonglian Arrested and Mistreated
On October 22, 2006, practitioner Ms. Liu Tonglian was arrested when she went to a residential building to distribute truth-clarification materials. She has been released after being held in the Detention Center of Gaomi City for twenty-eight days.
On the evening of November 1, 2006, practitioner Ms. Gao Sizhen (around seventy years old) handed a truth-clarification booklet to a young man, who not only refused to accept it but also grabbed Ms. Gao's hands while calling the police with his cell phone. Ms. Gao Sizhen was arrested and held in the Gaomi City Detention Center on the evening of November 1, 2006. Due to the sudden appearance of severe illness symptoms, she was released on the afternoon of the following day.

On November 14, 2006, practitioner Ms. Huang Lijie from Baise City was selling eggs for her elder sister on the Dongfeng Market of Baise City. She was illegally arrested by police from the local 610 Office. Her whereabouts are currently unclear.
20. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Ms. Liu Guixia Persecuted
Practitioner Ms. Liu Guixia from Jilin City is in her early 40s, and she is from Heilongjiang Province. Before she was illegally arrested, her husband divorced her in fear of being subjected to persecution by the evil CCP. When Ms. Liu Guixia left home after the divorce, she only took some of her clothes, and therefore she had no money with her.
Ms. Liu Guixia was arrested in June 2001. She was illegally sentenced to twelve years of imprisonment. She is currently being held in the Education Division of the Heizuizi Women's Prison of Changchun City in Jilin Province. During the past five years of imprisonment, her health became very poor. Medical examination revealed that she had a tumor in her abdomen. The warden told her that she had to use her own money to pay for an operation, but Ms. Liu Guixia has no money.

21. [Shandong Province] Practitioner Ms. Wang Yingyi Mistreated in the Forced Labor Camp of Zibo City
Practitioner Ms. Wang Yingyi has been on a hunger strike for over forty days in the Detention Center and Hospital of Mouping District of Zibo City. She is no longer able to walk, but she was forcibly taken to the No. 2 Women's Forced Labor Camp of Shandong Province by the Police Department of Yantai City and the Police Department of the Mouping District. Recently, when her family members went to visit Ms. Wang Yingyi, who is in critical condition, the forced labor camp refused to let them see her. Ms. Wang Yingyi is currently being held in the No. 8 Division. The Chief of the No. 8 Division is Liu Juchao (male).

At a little past 10:00 p.m. on November 19, 2006, the police forcibly took practitioners Mr. Liu Junhe, practitioner Ms. Fan Guizhen, and his wife from Cuiwei North Lane in Haidian District, Beijing City to the Qinghe Detention Center of Haidian District. Reportedly, the Qinghe Detention Center is holding over one hundred Falun Dafa practitioners.
23. [Tianjin City] Practitioner Ms. Wang Bingxian (in Her Fifties) Arrested and Held for Over Six Months by the Dahutong Police Station of Hongqiao District of Tianjin City
24. [Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province] Practitioner Ms. Liu Yuli Forcibly Taken to the Brainwashing Center by Local 610 Office After Being Released from Prison
Practitioner Ms. Liang Yuli from the clock and watch parts factory in Xi'an City was released from the Women's Prison of Shaanxi Province in October 2006 after she had been held illegally for four years there. However, even before she got home, she was immediately taken to the Brainwashing Center by the 610 Office of Xi'an City and is being subjected to continued torture.
25. [Chongqing City] Practitioner Mr. Feng Fei Arrested
At about 8:00 p.m. on November 27, 2006, a group of evil people from Wulong County in Chongqing City drove a car and illegally searched the homes of practitioners. Computers from two homes were confiscated. Some truth-clarification materials were also confiscated. Practitioner Mr. Feng Fei was illegally arrested and is currently being tortured in the new Detention Center of Wulong County.
