1. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] 610 Office Personnel Arrest Practitioner Xu Shuqin Again
Personnel from the Dalian City Development Zone's 610 Office colluded with Cuizhu Community agents in the district. They deceived practitioner Ms. Xu Shuqin into opening the door to her home in mid November 2006 and dragged Ms. Xu, who is in her sixties, forcibly to a brainwashing session at the Huanbao Hotel.
Personnel from the local police station and street administrative office had often harassed Ms. Xue since July 20, 1999. She had at one time been tortured at the city's drug rehab center and was not released until she suffered severe heart disease.
Someone reported Ms. Xu when she was distributing truth-clarifying materials in early 2002. Police ransacked her home afterwards and confiscated many Dafa books. She was taken to the Liaoning Province's Masanjia Forced Labor Camp in April 2002, where she was brutally tortured, and forced to do heavy labor and submit to daily brainwashing activities. She was also hung up by her handcuffs several times because she did not give up her belief. The abusers often electrically shocked and otherwise punished her with forced standing or squatting day and night while exposed to low temperatures.
She should have been released in October 2004, but the labor camp authorities claimed that Ms. Xu had behaved poorly, so they extended her term by three more months.

2. [Jixi City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Liu Guiqin Arrested
Police arrested practitioner Ms. Liu Shuqin, 42, from Jixi City, Heilongjiang Province when she was distributing truth-clarifying materials. It happened in a school for nurses at 2:00 p.m. on November 27, 2006. Police put a black hood on her head and packed her into a police car. Her whereabouts are still unknown.
3. [Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Zhang Xiaoling Arrested
Local people grabbed practitioner Ms. Zhang Xiaoling when she was distributing truth-clarifying materials and took her to the Northern Street Police Station. It happened at the No. 144 Building, Beiyi Lane, the Guta District, Jinzhou City at noon on December 7, 2006. Police confiscated her cellular phone, which has her husband's phone number. Police called her husband about her home address and broke into the place. They confiscated some Dafa books and videotapes. Ms. Zhang has been sent to the city's detention center and is on a hunger strike to protest the persecution.
Personnel from the police station recently arrested six practitioner including Mr. Zhang Lifeng. Three of them are still being held.

Personnel from the Ziyouda Road Police Station in Changchun City arrested practitioners Mr. Sun Shibin and Ms. Li Wei and ransacked their home on December 8, 2006. They took away certain personal belongings, including a computer.

6. [Jilin Province] Practitioner Xie Lijuan, a Graduate Student from Jilin University, Tortured at the Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp
Practitioner Ms. Xie Lijuan, a graduate student from the Chinese Department at Jilin University was arrested on November 8, 2006. Her family was notified on November 19 that she was sentenced to two years of imprisonment. She is presently being held at the Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp in Changchun City.

7. [Beijing] Practitioner Tian Shui Arrested
Personnel from the Taiziyu Township Government arrested 60-year-old practitioner Ms. Tian Shui at her home at Liuxiayu Village, Taiziyu Township, Fengtai District, Beijing on December 5, 2006. Local police harassed her family again the day after.
8. [Linfen City, Shanxi Province] Practitioners Qi Mingxi and Ma Danyang Sentenced and Are in the Process of Appealing
Personnel from the Yaodu District Court brought practitioners Qi Mingxi and Ma Danyang from Yaodu District to court on July 27, 2006. Qi Mingxi was sentenced to seven years of imprisonment on September 20, and Ma Danyang to three years. The two practitioners do not acknowledge the verdict and are currently appealing to the Linfen City Intermediate Court.
Personnel from the Political & Security Section of the Yaodu District Police Department arrested practitioner Ms. Zhang Ruihong from Yaodu District and Ms. Liu Yuxia from the Sanwei Corporation in Hongdong on March 24, 2006. They were held for nearly nine months at the Yaodu District Detention Center and Quwo Detention Center, respectively. Personnel from the Yaodu District Court are planning to sentence them on December 14, 2006.
9. [Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Xing Xinwen Arrested
Wen Xiaoxia, Xinzhuang Town 610 Office head, arrested practitioner Mr. Xing Xinwen, who is in his fifties, at 7:00 a.m. on December 9, 2006. The officer also confiscated all the Falun Dafa books and Teacher's photos.

11. [Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province] Practitioner He Qiuyun Arrested
A former classmate reported practitioner Ms. He Qiuyun from the Beihuan District to police when she was clarifying the truth of Falun Dafa to him and while handing him a truth-clarifying disc as a gift in early December 2006. He Qiuyun was arrested. Two other practitioners living in the Beihuan District were also arrested.
In addition, personnel from the Wujin City 610 Office arrested a mother and son from Beijing (Cao Jian and Bai Shaohua) in late November 2006. The mother and son were freed with the help of righteous thoughts within three and five days, respectively.
12. [Cangzhou City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Cao Fengqin Arrested and Taken to the Changping Detention Center
Practitioner Ms. Cao Fengqin from Xian County, Cangzhou City was arrested and taken to the Changping Detention Center for distributing truth-clarifying materials in Beijing. Her family members are forbidden from visiting her. She was transferred to the Tuanhe Forced Labor Dispatch Center in July, 2006.
13. [Cangzhou City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Peng Yumin Leaves Home to Live in Exile
National Security Team chief Wei Shuheng led six policemen and went to practitioner Ms. Zheng Dehua's home at 9:00 p.m. on December 6, 2006. They confiscated a computer and some school discs from Zheng Dehua's son.
About a dozen policemen confiscated a computer and a cell phone from practitioner Ms. Peng Yumin's daughter and also confiscated some copies of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party and discs. When Peng Yumin's daughter questioned the police they replied that this is routine. Peng Yumin chose to leave home and live in exile, leaving her paralyzed husband at home by himself.

15. [Huaibin County, Henan Province] Several Practitioners Arrested
Han Dejun, Huaibin County's National Security Team chief, led a group of people to a practitioner's home in Gudui Township at 3:00 p.m. on November 17, 2006. The practitioner had guests. Han Dejun called a dozen policemen and some police cars as reinforcements. They arrested the practitioner, all ten guests and fellow practitioners and took them to Huaibin County's Detention Center. Nine people were released after being extorted of money, ranging from a few hundred yuan to 3,000 yuan. Practitioners Ms. Zhou Junhua and Ms. Xu Jianping are still being held.

It is confirmed that practitioner Mr. Liao Jinming from Yulin City, Guangxi
AR is presently being held at the Sanshui Forced Labor Camp in Guangdong
Province.
After Mr. Liao went to Beijing to appeal in October 1999 he was fired from his
job at the Changcheng Machinery Factory in Yulin City. 610 Office personnel
arrested him and put him into prison several times. Guangdong Province police
authorities arrested him in 2004 when he was clarifying the truth while
temporarily working there.

Personnel from the Qiaokou District Zongguan Police Station arrested 54-year-old practitioner Ms. Li Jili from the Jianghan District on November 28, 2006. She is presently being held at the No. 1 Detention Center in Wuhan City.
19. [Puning City, Guangdong Province] Practitioner Su Zhangmei and Others Arrested
Practitioners Ms. Su Zhangmei from Puning City (68 years old, from Zhansu Village, Zhanlong Town), Ms. Chen Huiyu (in her forties, from Dongxinan Village, Zhanlong Town), Ms. Su Xuanjuan (in her forties, Beiyu Village, Nanjing Town) were reported. It happened as they were clarifying the truth of Falun Gong at Guocuoliao Village during the afternoon of December 8, 2006. Personnel from the village security team and the Chengdong Police Station arrested them and sent them into the Puning City Detention Center. Personnel from the National Security Team and from the Zhanlong Police Station ransacked the homes of Ms. Su Zhangmei and Ms. Chen Huiyu at around 6:00 p.m. on the same day. Police confiscated some Dafa books and Master's pictures. Ms. Su Xuanjuan's home was ransacked on the afternoon of December 9.

Six officers from the National Security Division, including Liu Jun, arrested practitioner Mr. Wu Zongrong from the Jiangjin District, Chongqing at 7:00 p.m. on October 18, 2006. Mr. Wu was put into the Jiangjin Detention Center. He is facing unlawful sentencing.

22. [Yangchun City, Guangdong Province] Three Practitioners Including Li Lixue Arrested
Practitioners Ms. Li Lixue (a teacher) and Mr. Lian Riguang were arrested on November 30, 2006. 610 Office personnel took her away while she was teaching a class. Mr. Li Riguang was arrested earlier this year and was held at a detention center for a while. They have been arrested many times.
It was heard recently that practitioner Ms. Liu Guangyan (a college graduate, about 20 years old, who works in Shenzhen City) was arrested for distributing truth-clarifying materials about a week ago.
23. [Beihai City, Guangxi Province] Persecution Facts of Practitioner Huang Jianmei
Personnel from the Gaode Police Station and from the Jinghai Town Government have often harassed Ms. Huang Jianmei since the persecution began on July 20, 1999. They intended to force Ms. Huang into giving up the Falun Gong practice.
Ms. Huang was forced to stay in a brainwashing class run by the town government for three days in 2001 where she was compelled to write a guarantee statement. She was later taken to a drug rehab center to attend a fifteen-day brainwashing class where she was forced to write the three statements.
In 2002 Ms. Huang was forced to report to the town government twice a day and attend an "art exhibition" that slandered Falun Dafa and Master.
In 2003, Party Political and Judiciary Committee secretary Wan, broke into Ms. Huang's home twice to harass her.
In 2004, seven officers from the Gaode Police Station broke into Ms. Huang's home and ransacked her home. They confiscated a copy of Zhuan Falun and some truth-clarifying materials. They detained Ms. Huang at the Gaode Police Station for more than seven hours and made her sign a document and become fingerprinted.
In 2005, Gaode Elementary School principal Long Guangxian and director Li Fusen broke into Ms. Huang's home. They threatened Ms. Huang not to clarify the truth of Falun Gong, otherwise they would freeze her salary.

25. [Shantou City, Guangdong Province] Persecution Facts of Practitioner Li Yuxiang and Others
Practitioner Ms. Li Yuxiang from Chaoyang District, Shantou City was arrested in mid November 2006 and has been released to return home. It is known that a middle school teacher practitioner in the downtown area was taken to a forced labor camp. Another practitioner was arrested a few days ago, and one practitioner escaped using the power of righteous thoughts.

According to reliable sources, 14 practitioners are being held at the prison in the Fifth Xinsheng Brick Mill at Liangpo, Shipu Township, Xiangfan City.
Four practitioners are being held at the Denglin Farm in Yicheng City. Some practitioners from Henan Province are being held in the Wuhai City Prison of Hubei Province.
