(Clearwisdom.net) As Falun Dafa practitioners and their family members in Langfang City, Hebei Province, we have suffered under the bloody persecution of Jiang and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) these past seven years. We have nowhere to seek justice in Mainland China. We want to expose and condemn the numerous crimes committed by Wang Zengli, secretary of the Langfang City Party Committee in Hebei Province, and agents from the police and National Security Bureau under his administration.

On January 27, 2006, practitioner Mr. Wang Shaoqiu from Langfang City and practitioner Li Dejun from Dachang County were illegally arrested by officers from the Xianghe County Police Department. On February 5, 2006, more than 40 practitioners from Langfang City and 38 practitioners from Dachang County went with Mr. Wang and Li Dejun's family members to appeal at the Xianghe County government. Police arrested and detained them in the Langfang Detention Center, the police department, and Dachang County Detention Center.

The Langfang City police have violated the Constitution of China by arresting and detaining many practitioners without a definitive term limit. Article 41 of the Constitution states, "Citizens of the People's Republic of China have the right to criticize and make suggestions to any state organ or functionary." The Regulations on Complaint Reporting by the State Council also confirmed this right of Chinese citizens. The police and National Security Bureau agents in Langfang City have violated the law and basic human rights.

Shi Zhimin said, "I heard that my friend Mr. Wang Shaoqiu had been arrested although he did not commit a crime. On February 5, 2006, I went to Xianghe County to ask about him. The police arrested me. I said, 'An innocent person was illegally arrested. As his friend, I'm inquiring to the government about him. What law did I violate? A while back, I was brutally tortured at the Mengzhou City Detention Center in Henan Province. I'm still very weak and the bedsores on my tailbone still have not healed.

"The guards refused to listen to me but instead they pushed me into a car. I struggled to get out of the car. They used force to keep me inside. My head hit something and I lost consciousness. After they drove me to Guangyang District Police Department in Langfang City, I was handcuffed and locked in a prisoner's chair. I was not allowed to eat, sleep, talk, or use the restroom. I clarified the truth to them, and Gao Chenggang, head of the National Security Division, slapped my face and mouth until I bled and my teeth loosened. I have difficulty eating even now. They poured boiling water on my face and the water ran down my neck. I had blisters on my mouth and my chest hurt from the hot water. They also wrapped my head in a padded jacket and said many times that they would kill me. In the afternoon on February 6, I was sent to Langfang City Detention Center. I went on a hunger strike to protest the persecution. I lost consciousness on February 12, and I was released the next day. Within a week, on February 19, the police arrested me again and sent me to the Huakang Brainwashing Center. They didn't let me sleep and persecuted me mentally. In the evening on February 22, Teacher protected me and I escaped with righteous thoughts although many police officers were watching me."

On March 7, 2006, officers from the Guangyang District Police Department arrested Ms. Shi Zhimin's daughter, Shi Dongyan. Ms. Shi Zhimin and her husband went to the police department and asked for their daughter. The couple were illegally detained and sent to a brainwashing center.

Dafa practitioner Mr. Yang Jianpo was tied to a metal chair at the Guangyang District Police Department. His wife, Nie Chunling, and his daughter went to ask for him and were savagely beaten by officer Xin Pingyu and others. His wife became unconscious and was taken home by her family. She could not take care of herself for a long time.

On February 13 and 14, Mr. Yang was taken to the Kaiping Forced Labor Camp in Tangshan City. He didn't pass the physical exam and the labor camp refused to accept him. He was sent to the Shijiazhuang Forced Labor Camp and still didn't pass the physical exam. He was taken back to the Langfang Detention Center, where he has been held until now, because the agitators want to continue to persecute him. He has been on a hunger strike for over a month and is extremely weak. On March 12, Guangyang District Police Department agents issued an arrest order for Yang Jianpo's family [about the arrest of Yang Jianpo] and tried to sentence him to prison.

In July 2004, more than 20 officers from Anci District Police Department's National Security Division in Langfang City arrested me. Those responsible included Liu Wei, Dong Hui and Yang Baoyin from Beishiwu Township. They sent me to the Kaiping Forced Labor Camp in Tangshan City to be mistreated and punished. I was physically and mentally abused for 16 months. I was beaten and verbally assaulted and suffered other corporal punishments. They didn't let me sleep, tied me to a metal chair, force-fed me, and forced me to fingerprint certain documents.

I wrote "guarantee statements" to renounce Dafa against my conscience. After I wrote the guarantee statements I had a relapse of asthma and could not take care of myself. On February 5, 2006, officers Liu Wei, Dong Hui and the Beishiwu Township deputy police chief took me to the township police department, where the officers subjected me to a body search and took more than 100 yuan from me. They slapped my face and held my hand and forced me to fingerprint a document. They also handcuffed me to a chair. On the evening of February 6 I was sent to the city detention center. Doctor Chen saw that I had a terrible cough and I had asthma, but he did not make this known during the physical exam, which resulted in me having to stay at the detention center. At the detention center I was so sick that I could not eat or sleep. The police sent me to the Kaiping Forced Labor Camp in Tangshan City. The labor camp refused to admit me. I was sent back to the detention center. My condition deteriorated and I was released only after my family requested it.

Practitioner Mr. Cao Baoyu was arrested and taken to Dachang County on February 5, 2006. The police beat and kicked him, threatened and cursed him, and violently slapped his face. He bled from his nose and mouth, his teeth loosened, and blood vessels in his nose burst. They tied him to a metal chair and continued to beat him. Mr. Cao broke free with the power of his righteous thoughts a few days later. Nevertheless, the officials took him to the Langfang Brainwashing Center on February 19. He is now holding a hunger strike to protest the persecution.

III. Arrested practitioners sent to a brainwashing center to be mentally tormented

During this arrest, practitioner Shi Yongping was sentenced to two years of forced labor; Wang Fenghai was sentenced to one year of forced labor; and Yang Jianpo was not accepted by the labor camp but is still held at the detention center. Most of the other practitioners, including Cao Baoyu, Zhou Xiuzhen, Zhang Ruihua, Zhang Fengde, Li Shuhong and Shi Yuling, were sent to the Langfang Brainwashing Center. They are now holding a hunger strike. At the brainwashing center, about four people monitor each practitioner and do not let him sleep. They mentally torment the practitioners.

Because of Jiang's group and the Chinese Communist Party's genocidal persecution against practitioners, in the past few years, many people wrote guarantee statements against their better judgment and later died from illnesses.

Practitioners Ms. Liu Yajie and Ms. Wan Yaqin from Langfang City have been trapped in their homes since February 19, 2006, because the police have surrounded their homes. They refuse to let the police take them away, so they refuse to open the door. The police are on a stakeout outside their homes 24 hours a day. Their other family members cannot live a normal life, either. The police also threatened to cut off water and electricity to these practitioners' homes.

At 9:00 p.m. on February 5, 2006, officials from the Beishiwu Township Police Department and from the Beishiwu Township government ransacked practitioner Mr. Shi Yongping's home. His family refused to open the door. The police climbed over the wall and barged into the home. About a dozen police officers carried out this act. They videotaped the inside of the home, took Dafa books, exercise tapes, an incense burner, and Teacher's pictures.

Around 6:00 p.m. on February 5, 2006, village official Chen Futian led Liu Weihua, deputy head of the local police department, and more than 10 other officials to ransack the home of practitioner Wang Jianhua. They videotaped the home and arrested 10 practitioners who were present. They body-searched the practitioners and took their money and private belongings but did not issue any receipts. On the morning of February 6, they ransacked the homes of practitioners Su Meilan and Guo Shuxin and took Dafa books and a poster.

Practitioner Mr. Zhang Lizhi had his home ransacked three times during one evening. It is not know what was taken.

Practitioners Wang Fenghai and Cao Ruitang also had their homes ransacked. Their Dafa books were taken.

Practitioner Wang Shaoqiu's mother-in-law, Wei Wenchun, had her home ransacked and was taken into police custody. Her Dafa books, recorder and printer were confiscated.

The police ransacked dozens of practitioners' homes. They went through everything and acted like burglars. They extorted money at the same time that they turned the practitioners' homes upside down.

It is known right now that the following six practitioners have been sent to labor camp(s): Shi Yongping, Wang Fenghai, Wang Jianhua, Zhang Xiucun, Zhang Hongjuan and Wang Guizhi. Several other practitioners were sent to labor camps but were not accepted. They are still being held at detention center(s).

The above is an account of acts of illegal activities against Falun Dafa practitioners at the hands of the Langfang City police and National Security Bureau agents. Wang Zengli, Langfang City Party secretary, encouraged and condoned these crimes.

We want to appeal to Wang Zengli and tell him, "Like Jiang Zemin and Luo Gan, you have committed genocide, torture, and crimes against humanity. One day you will stand in the defendant's seat in an international court and receive punishment by law."

We also hope all justice-loving people in the world and in China will join us in opposing the persecution and restoring Falun Dafa's good name.
