(Clearwisdom.net) On April 7, 2006, The Coalition to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong in China (CIPFG) (Abbreviated "Coalition to Investigate the Persecution") published Notice on the Scope of Investigation and Evidence Collection by "Coalition to Investigate the Persecution". The notice states that all labor camps, prisons, hospitals and related facilities where Falun Gong practitioners are illegally detained are targets of investigation. According to information on the persecution compiled by the Minghui website, the first group targeted for investigation and evidence collection is listed below:

Summary
The group headed up by Jiang and Luo misappropriated the
entire government machinery in China
and they have been using it to brutally persecute Falun Gong for nearly seven
years. Such a dark crime is rare in the history of mankind.
The lists published at this point are far from comprehensive
in terms of all institutions and facilities involved in this crime. We will
soon publish more lists of investigation targets, and we also call on insiders
and witnesses in Mainland China
with knowledge of this persecution to provide us with facts of persecution,
related information and leads.
We call on all individuals and organizations that support
justice and conscience to do everything within their power to support and help
us in our investigation and evidence collection, in order to bring an end to
this ruthless persecution as soon as possible.
