(Clearwisdom.net) When the State Department of the United States of America asked the Chinese government to probe the Sujiatun case days ago, the human rights of Falun Gong drew people's attention again. Taiwan legislative Committee member He Min-Hao called on all people in Taiwan to write a letter to the United Nations and Amnesty International, to expose the crimes committed by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
On the morning of April 1, 2006, the International Advocates for Justice, The Democratic Youth Union and The Epoch Times and other organizations, along with Falun Gong practitioners held a press conference on Citizen Square of Taichung City, Taiwan. They condemned the CCP's atrocities of removing human organs from living practitioners and cremating the bodies afterwards in the Sujiatun Concentration Camp. A march was held after the press conference. Professor Liu Cheng-Yi of Chong Shing University hosted the conference, and Legislative Committee members Cai Ming-Shian and He Min-Hao, along with Jinmen Boai Hospital director Chien Yu-Cheng delivered speeches.
Legislative Committee member He Min-Hao, Prof. Liu Cheng-Yi and director Chien Yu-Cheng call on societies to work together to stop the Chinese Communist regime's atrocities |
Prof. Liu pointed out, "The International Human Right Organization exposed the CCP's Sujiatun Concentration Camp and the facts about removing organs from death-row inmates and even from living persons in China. China has become the human organ transplantation center. The news shocked people. CCP has violated human's rights of the living, and it's even more inhuman than the Nazis."
Prof. Liu said, "I felt so sorry not only because of the slaughtering of so many Falun Gong practitioners, but also at the persecution of hundreds of thousands of Chinese people related to the 80,000 human rights violation cases every year. I feel so painful for the trampled basic human morality and medical ethnics. I call on the media and the people of conscience from all circles, and all the international human rights organizations to work together to care about and rescue those innocent lives, to condemn the Chinese Communist regime, to stop the regime's persecution against Falun Gong, and to prevent the continuing crimes of inhumanity and persecution."
Legislative Committee member Cai Ming-Shian condemns the tyranny of the Chinese Communist regime and its human rights violations |
Legislative Committee member Cai Ming-Shian stated that, "It is enraging to see the Chinese Communist regime's violations of human rights. We are responsible and obligated to condemn the Chinese Communist regime for human rights violations. Even thought we are in Taiwan, we should expose the atrocities of the Communist regime to the entire world. Being a member of the Legislative Committee, I respect and admire the courageous actions of the attendees for the gathering."
Legislative Committee member He Min-Hao said, "The Sujiatun incidence is the most wretched in the human world. China is the purgatory of the human world. I feel such sorrow for Chinese Communist regime's inhumanity. We are so lucky that we live in Taiwan. Meanwhile, the entire world should provide basic humanitarian care and support to those people in peril. I call on all the merchants from Taiwan to be aware of the tricks of the Chinese Communist regime. I hope that each person can write a letter to the United Nations and Amnesty International to express the wrath of the people from Taiwan."
Prof. Liu said, "Italian Primer Minister Silvio Berlusconi quoted recently that the Chinese Communist regime once cooked infants in its history. On March 31, a veteran military Doctor from an army hospital testified further about the secret concentration camp underground in Sujiatun. He pointed out that the Sujiatun Concentration Camp is only a small one out of the 36 similar camps in China, and that the largest one unlawfully imprisoning practitioners is located in Jilin Province and code-named "672-S," where over 120,000 people are imprisoned. The Communist regime legalized organ transplantation using organs from death-row inmates. It became public in 1992. Dead bodies or even living persons become valuable industrial raw materials."
Director of Jinmen Boai Hospital, Dr. Chien Yu-Cheng pointed out, "Organ transplantation is done very carefully in democratic countries. Organs have to be from donations and with the donor's or direct family member's written agreement. There has to be at least two doctors or procurator's agreement when family members are not available. In China, the whole system involves accomplices who share the profits. These illegal transplantations are both inhumane and absurd. Medical doctors become killers. It's so sorrowful! I call on people from Taiwan to be more careful, not to lose other organs when you want to have a surgery in China. It has actually happened."
On behalf of the Democratic Youth Union, a student named Hsiao from Tun Hai University said, "The Chinese Communist regime set up the secret Sujiatun Concentration Camp to harvest organs from living practitioners. It is inhuman persecution. Medical doctors become killers. The atrocities have enraged human and even divine beings. There are 9.37 million people who have renounced the CCP and its affiliates. This shows that the Chinese Communist regime has lost the people's support. I hope everyone will step forward to support the practitioners in opposing the persecution. I also call on all circles in Taiwan to pay attention to the atrocity and send strong protests to the CCP."
March after the conference reenacts the incidence of harvesting organs from living persons. Spectators are shocked. |
A practitioner pointed out, "Since July 20, 1999, the Chinese Communist Party has publicly used genocide in China in persecuting Falun Gong practitioners who follow "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." As of today, the confirmed death cases from persecution are 2850. But the CCP is good at covering and hiding persecution with lies, such as the cover up of SARS. So it is well acknowledged that this number is far smaller than reality."
Reenacting the scene of removing organs from living persons for profit. Seeing this, people simply stated that the Chinese Communist regime has no human conscience at all. (Reenactment)
A reenactment of the organ removal operation from living persons after the conference vividly depicted the tragedy. Some audience members were infuriated and said that, "The CCP is way too much and even do horrible things like these. It has done the evilest things."
Director of the Neuro-Surgery Deaprtment and Gama Ray Center of the Chongshan Medical University, Dr. Huang Chuan-Fu indicated in an interview that medical ethics [in China] has been stressed for a long period of time. For example, one should not even manipulate the data in an article, not to mention harvest an organ from one person at will and transplant to another?! Regarding the news that some doctors in Taiwan introduced patients to China to receive organ transplantation, he called on all doctors to pay attention to the news of organ removals from living persons in China and try not to save one life by killing another. They cannot escape the responsibility by using an excuse of, "I could not tell the source of the organ." Dr. Huang called on international society to keep pressure on the Chinese Communist regime to follow universal standards of human rights.
Attendees of the march hold photos of practitioners who were tortured to death
The march started after the conference and was led by a waist drum team. There was a section in the march that included attendees with white shirts and pants who held the photos of those practitioners who were tortured to death in China. Their mournful expression was eye-catching. There were many huge banners and posters, which drew people's attention to the CCP's brutality.
