1. [Liaoning Province] 16 Dafa Practitioners Imprisoned in the Tieling Labor Camp Were Transferred Elsewhere
The Tieling City Labor Camp in the Lingdong District of Tieling City has imprisoned sixteen Dafa practitioners for a long time. When a few family members of these Dafa practitioners went to visit them, they were told that all sixteen practitioners had already been transferred to Benxi on April 8. They were also told that they would be further transferred to Jinzhou to be imprisoned. (The exact location of imprisonment in Benxi and Jinzhou is as yet unknown)
2. [Shanghai City] Dafa Practitioner Shao Hongzhen's Life in Peril
Shanghai Dafa practitioner Ms. Shao Hongzhen was illegally arrested on January 23, 2006 while distributing truth clarification CDs in the Xuhui District Rihuiliu Village by the district security team. She was illegally detained and transferred into the Xuhui District Police Station by the Public Security Bureau on March 1. Currently, the Public Security Bureau is trying to sentence Shao to a lengthy term.
3. [Fengman District, Jilin Province] Seventy Year-Old Dafa Practitioner Jiang Shufang Illegally Arrested
Ms. Jiang Shufang, approximately 70 years old, is a Dafa practitioner from the Maxiang Village, Erdao Village, Fengman District in Jilin City. On the night of April 27, 2006, she was reported to the authorities by Village Party Secretary Sun Zhanjiang while clarifying the truth and was arrested by several policemen from the Erdao Village Police Station. She is currently imprisoned in the Jilin Police Station.
4. [Heilongjiang Province] Dafa Practitioner Ba Lijiang Suffers Persecution in the Harbin Women's Prison
Dafa Practitioner Ms. Ba Lijiang was illegally arrested after being followed by police and is currently imprisoned in the Seventh District in the Harbin City Female Prison. She has held hunger strikes during her illegal imprisonment but was given force feedings.
A fellow practitioner who was recently released from the same prison revealed that Ba Lijiang has been once again persecuted for refusing to wear prison clothes and has been on a hunger strike since early March. She used to have four personal cangues, (1) but the prison staff has added one more. She has also been transferred to the Fourth District from the original Seventh District.

5. [Donggang City, Liaoning Province] Several Dafa Practitioners Including Zhao Fuqin Arrested
On the night of April 27, the Liaoning Province Donggang Public Security Bureau illegally arrested Ms. Zhao Fuqin and Ms. Ge Hongyou in Hejiagang Village, Helong Town, Donggang City. On the night of April 27, they also arrested Ms. E Tingchun and Ms. Shi Hongmei from Mamulinzi Village, as well as Zhang Xiaoping and his wife Sun Yongqin from Donggang Town. On the night of May 8, Dafa practitioner Yu Lingwen was also arrested.

6. [Chenxi City, Hunan Province] Dafa Practitioners Hu Chougai and Ning Tieqiao Illegally Imprisoned
Mr. Hu Chougai was illegally imprisoned in September 2004 for distributing truth-clarification materials. Hu Chougai is a Dafa practitioner from Longquanya Village, Chenxi City. He previously had internal bleeding in his stomach and could not afford the medical expenses, but fully recovered after practicing Falun Gong. In order to let his friends and relatives know the truth of the persecution, he began distributing truth-clarification materials. He was illegally detained and his current whereabouts is unknown.
Hu Chougai has two 80 year-old parents and two children. His wife has also been illegally imprisoned for three years. His family has been totally destroyed, and his elderly mother is also in very bad health.
Chenxi Dafa practitioner Mr. Ning Tieqiao, 26, became very compassionate and hardworking after practicing Falun Gong. His current whereabouts is also unknown after having been arrested in September 2004.
7. [Liaoning Province] Gu Yanqing Has Been Illegally Imprisoned Since May 2004
Mr. Gu Yanqing was reported to the authorities and arrested on May 4, 2004 in Zhenggou Village, Chengzitan Town, Pulandian City while distributing truth-clarification materials. He was thereafter illegally detained for 19 months in the Pulandian Detention Center. On December 9, 2005, he was transferred to the Anshan Prison where he has been imprisoned until today. His 94 year-old father and his son are still waiting at home for his return.

9. [Weihai City, Shandong Province] Falun Gong Practitioner He Shuxie Arrested
Ms. He Shuxia, a Dafa practitioner from Weihai City, was reported to the authorities simply because the bank notes that she gave out as change to customers in her self-owned cake shop contained writings with the words "Falun Dafa is Good." Before the May 1 Labor Day she was arrested by policemen from the Xilaotai Border Police Station and moved to the Gao District Public Security Division. She is currently imprisoned in the Weihai Detention Center.
10. [Shandong Province] Dafa Practitioner Wang Housheng Suffers Persecution in the Shandong Province Second Labor Camp
After Dafa practitioner Mr. Wang Housheng was illegally taken away from work by policemen from the Yucheng Public Security Bureau on December 30, 2005, he was sent to forced labor for a year and a half and then imprisoned in the Shandong Province Second Labor Camp. His family members are still prohibited from visiting him.
Other Dafa practitioners from the same labor camp have revealed that Wang has been persecuted badly and his heart is failing. Even so, the labor camp staff refuses to release him.
11. [Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province] Dafa Practitioner Pan Xiaoqin Again Imprisoned in the Nantong Prison
Nanjing City Dafa practitioner Ms. Pan Xiaoqin is an employee at the Provincial Senior Officials Rehabilitation Center. In 2001, she was arrested by the Nanjing Baixia District Public Security Bureau and 610 Office for posting banners that said, "Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance is Good!" and similar truth-clarification materials. She was illegally sentenced to three years of imprisonment at the Nantong Prison.
In the summer of 2005, she was released from prison six months before the end of her term but was a target of surveillance by the police. On June 11, 2005, Pan Xiaoqin was once again arrested by the Baixia District Public Security Bureau and 610 Office while meeting a fellow practitioner in the Meiling Palace in Nanjing. Once again she was imprisoned in the Nantong Prison and has been there ever since.
12. [Beijing City] Dafa Practitioners Zhang Xueqin, Chen Ping and Others Arrested
After the arrest of Beijing Dafa practitioners Ms. Zhang Xueqin and Ms. Chen Ping by policemen from the Shangdi and Qinghe Police Station on the morning of March 14, 2006 in their homes, they were brought to the Haidian Division. Their family members were prohibited from visiting them until May 8, including Chen Ping's very young child.
Another practitioner who lives in Shangdi and is only known as "Old Mr. Sun" has also been arrested and his current whereabouts is unknown.

13. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Dafa Practitioners Wang Xiaosong and Wife Arrested
In late April 2006, Dafa practitioners Mr. Wang Xiaosong and wife Mrs. Yu Shaoping from Dayi County, Chengdu City were illegally arrested by policemen while distributing truth clarification materials. They are currently imprisoned in the Dayi County Detention Center. This is immediately following Wang Xiaosong's eight-month long imprisonment and persecution suffered at the Xinjin County Brainwashing Center.
14. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Zhang Chunmei Continues to Suffer Persecution While Imprisoned in the Wuhan Yangyuan Brainwashing Center
On March 24, 2006, four Dafa practitioners from Yangyuan were arrested. Among them was Mrs. Zhang Chunmei, who's husband Mr. Li Qinzhou, was persecuted to death in 2003. Zhang had come to Wuhan to help bring up her daughter. After Zhang's arrest, the police tried to blackmail 5,000 yuan from her former workplace (in Shaanxi Province) and sent her to the Shaanxi 610 Office for persecution. Zhang Chunmei is currently imprisoned in the Yangyuan Brainwashing Center.
15. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Dafa Practitioner Xie Yuanxie Arrested by the Xinan Police Station
At around 11:00 a.m. on May 8, Dafa practitioner Ms. Xie Yuanxia, a worker at the Hanzheng Street Central Mall, was forcibly taken away by policemen from the Xinan Police Station. Eight or nine plainclothes policemen and two uniformed policemen were involved in the arrest. The policemen identification numbers are 028720, 028402, and 028513. Among them is a policemen surnamed Yang who is a residence registry policeman from this police station. The police claim to have been following Xie for four days. Xie is currently illegally imprisoned in a brainwashing center in Duoluokou, Jiaokou District.
Furthermore, several Dafa practitioners working in the Jinchang Textile Company directly opposite the Hanzheng Street Central Mall have been arrested.
16. [Hebei Province] Li County Culture Exhibition Displays Falun Gong Defaming Programs
On April 30, 2006, the Hebei Li County Culture Bureau (formerly Li County Culture Education Ministry) organized a culture display program on a public square in Li County defaming Falun Gong.
