(Clearwisdom.net) On May 13 and 14 2006, Falun Dafa practitioners from the cities of Jogia and Yogyakarta held a large-scale group Fa-study, exercise practice and parade to celebrate World Falun Dafa Day. Falun Dafa practitioners from Jarkata, Surabaya, Samarinda and Sorong also participated in the activities.

In the morning, over one hundred practitioners studied the Fa together in the auditorium of Karja Marda University. After lunch, they began a one-and-a-half-hour parade along major city streets. There were dozens of flags and banners in the procession, including banners reading, "Falun Dafa is good," "Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance," "Celebrate the 14th World Faun Dafa Day," "Happy Birthday to Teacher," "The World needs Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance," and "Falun Dafa in Indonesia." Behind the flags and banners was the waist drum team in golden yellow exercise suits.

This was the first time for Yogyakarta residents to see a Faun Gong parade. The procession passed Malio Polo Street, a famous tourist destination. Many people asked for flyers and wanted to learn more about Falun Gong.
At 3:30 p.m., practitioners gathered in the square and took a photo together to wish happy birthday to Teacher.
After dinner, practitioners studied the Fa and shared their cultivation experiences. The next morning, they had a group exercise practice at Malio Polo Street. After the exercises, the practitioners studied the Fa and shared experiences again until 1:00 p.m., bringing to a close two days of activities.
