(Clearwisdom.net) First, I want to sincerely acknowledge our fellow practitioners overseas! You might not have much sense of the impact of your efforts, since everyday you are busy working on different Dafa projects. To your fellow practitioners in Mainland China, however, what you have been doing abroad is extremely important. You constantly expose the evil persecution so they dare not be so arrogantly aggressive.
A Beijing police officer once told me, "If you did not have people, plus their media, supporting you abroad, you would have a tragic situation."
Your truth clarification activities to the people in Mainland China have also helped us a lot. Many people who would not listen to the truth from us gradually changed their attitude after traveling abroad, receiving e-mails from abroad, or getting truth-clarification phone calls from abroad. The different tools that you've produced (such as software for breaking through to the Internet, truth-clarification VCDs, etc.) have become staples for us in validating the Fa.
The Dafa activities you host abroad are the favorite news of your fellow practitioners in China. They give us, who are living in the evil, high-pressure environment, moments of happiness and comfort. At the same time, they encourage us to work harder to save more sentient beings. We admire you very much because you often have opportunities to see Teacher and listen to his lectures. Of course, genuine practitioners in China can also feel that our merciful Teacher is right near us, protecting us at every moment, and giving us hints. When we see our fellow practitioners from different countries, different nationalities, and different ethnicities all trying their best to help their fellow practitioners in Mainland China, we truly feel how great our Teacher is and how mighty Dafa is. We have also deeply felt that all Dafa practitioners are one body.
Here we want to make a small suggestion to our fellow practitioners abroad. Please kindly point out anything incorrect. Each time we see pictures of fellow practitioners abroad in a parade or large-scale gathering, we can feel a very strong energy field. The spectacles are very grand and sacred. Even ordinary people who see those events would be moved, and they surely have the effect of saving people. But sometimes we notice that some practitioners in the parades or at the gatherings look very casual or inattentive and not in harmony with the entire scene. Sometimes some of the banners are not held very straight. We worried when we saw that and wanted to help to straighten them. If every practitioner who participated in large-scale gatherings and parades demonstrated the manner, style, and poise of those in the Heavenly Band, with their backs straight and pleasant expressions, they would surely have a much better effect. Teacher said in his lectures that what we do now is going to set an example for the future. We presume that every parade, especially such large scale ones like you have, is a big event in the history of the universe. There are eyes everywhere. All mighty beings are focusing on us.
Moreover, it is very easy to judge a thing from its appearance. Therefore, we should be mindful of our image. Teacher said in the "Teaching the Fa at the 2002 Conference in Boston,"
"You are cultivators, whose conduct is [supposed to be] pure and righteous. There are so many people who think you're great just by having seen how you act. If we don't pay attention to our own behavior in our daily lives, everyday people will see our actions and, since they can't get to know you at a deep level such as by studying the Fa, they will just look at how you act. And it's possible that one sentence or one action of yours will make them unsavable or create a bad impression of Dafa. We need to think about these things."
Once again I want to thank you for all you have been doing for fellow practitioners in China. With the same wish, let us do our best to walk well every step we take.
