(Clearwisdom.net) The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) judicial system in Luoyang city, Henan province is attempting to hold a "trial" of Falun Dafa practitioner Li Miaoneng, who has already been tortured in a detention center to the point of being unable to walk, and her daughter. At present, they are still being detained at Luoyang Detention Center. Their case has been transferred from Jianxi area division of the public security bureau to Jianxi Area Procuratorate. Jianxi Area Court is now in charge of the case. The chief judge is Fan Lian. The trial was scheduled to begin on June 8. We call on people to pay attention to their case and help to rescue them.
Li Miaoneng and her husband from Yanshi city, Henan province were both detained for their belief in Falun Dafa. The local officials confiscated all of their possessions from their home, worth over 100,000 yuan, without any legal process. In addition, they unlawfully sold the couple's four commercial rooms via auction. Li Miaoneng was detained at Shibalihe Labor Camp in Zhengzhou city, where she was forced to work overtime doing intensive labor and subjected to various forms of torture. As a result of the abuse, she suffered from seizures, high blood pressure and had at least twice fallen unconscious. In fear of being held responsible if she died, the labor camp hurried to ask her family to take her home. Later, she quickly recovered after practicing the Falun Dafa exercises at home. Others witnessed the miracle of Dafa and also wanted to learn and study the Fa. Li Miaoneng then taught others the exercises. Consequently, she was again arrested by local government officials and police from the 610 Office. Afterwards, she was forced to leave home to avoid further persecution.
In 2005, Li Miaoneng was arrested by Jianxi Public Security Bureau in Luoyang city and has since been detained at Luoyang Detention Center for over half a year. She was tortured until she was unable to walk. After she went on a hunger strike to protest, she was ruthlessly beaten. Under such circumstances, the labor camp not only did not release her, but also intends to have her sentenced to prison.
Her daughter, Xiu Mei, had been staying with her at her temporary residence. She was subsequently also detained at Luoyang Detention Center. The police from the national security division of Jianxi Public Security Bureau did not even spare a young girl and wrongfully accused her and attempted to put her into jail.
Now is the crucial time for rescuing practitioner Li Miaoneng. Fellow practitioners please seize the day, expose the evil persecution and help to rescue her. Besides increasing the frequency of sending forth righteous thoughts, the following are some suggestions of things we can do:
Clarify the truth to officials in responsible work units and their families.
Specifically send forth righteous thoughts targeting the officials in responsible work units.
Send forth righteous thought in close proximity. We can freely team up and do it at any time. Location: Jianxi Area Procuratorate at the intersection of Tianjin Road and Lianmeng Road, opposite the Tianjin Road Elementary School.
