(Clearwisdom.net) On June 10, 2006, practitioners organized an anti-torture exhibition in Melbourne, Australia. The exhibit exposed the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) crimes of harvesting organs from live Falun Gong practitioners to sell for huge profits. The practitioners set up banners, display boards and speakers to clarify the truth. Many passersby were shocked and they signed their names to a petition to support the practitioners and to urge the Prime Minister (who will soon visit China) to speak up for justice.

It was a cold and windy day, but the practitioners were not deterred. They continued the anti-torture exhibition, exercise demonstration, photo exhibition and flier distribution. They clarified the truth of the seven year-long persecution of Falun Gong and the recently exposed live organ harvesting crimes.

The peaceful Falun Gong exercise demonstration showed a strong contrast to the cruelty from the nearby anti-torture exhibition. Many passersby stopped to watch. Some people asked practitioners about the reason and details of the persecution. Some people asked how they could help, and many signed their names on the petition form.

One Italian older man said that he thought the Chinese Communist Party was getting better after reading media reports. He didn't know it was still doing such evil things. He was in tears while talking. A man working for the government read the flier and said that he already knew about the situation. He said he would sign the petition letter and fax the Prime Minister. He believes the Australia government ought to express its attitude to the public.

Australian Prime Minister Howard will visit China by the end of the month. Practitioners have collected a few thousand signatures and have contacted local representatives asking them to request Mr. Howard to raise the Falun Gong issue in China. For remote areas, Falun Gong practitioners organized car tours to bring the truth and beauty of Falun Dafa to every corner of the continent.
