Hello, everyone. Thank you for giving me such a valuable opportunity to share my cultivation experience. Fellow practitioners, if there is anything inappropriate, please compassionately correct me.

Clarifying the truth is one of the three things that Fa rectification period Dafa disciples should do well. In His lectures, Master has told us again and again the importance of clarifying the truth. But how do we clarify the truth well? Saving even more sentient beings is something we must do well. I would like to share with everyone a little of my experience in the process of clarifying the truth.

1. Maintain Strong Righteous Thoughts at Every Moment, with Every Single Thought Based on the Fa.

In Zhuan Falun, in the section entitled "Your Thoughts Have to be Proper," Teacher says, "What’s meant by 'not proper thoughts?' It’s when somebody always has a hard time thinking of himself as a practitioner." We must, in all sorts of environments and on various matters, treat ourselves as practitioners. It doesn’t work to just say it.

While I was sitting for my driver’s test, I realized the importance of righteous thoughts. After I came to Australia, I found Australian roads to be complex, and some people who had been in Australia for over ten years still didn’t dare to drive around. At the time I thought, "They have been here for over ten years and still won’t dare to drive. Even if I can drive, I’ll only be able to take my child to school." With this thought in mind, I went to take my driving test. The first time they said my skills were not good enough, so I didn’t pass. The second time, I got a score of 82, and you need 85 to pass. The third time I couldn’t understand the instructor’s words. The fourth time, I got an 83. By this point, the situation had become serious. Some practitioners told me my righteous thoughts were not up to par, but I was still not clear exactly where my righteous thoughts were not sufficient. I pondered and pondered. Through studying the Fa and sharing with other practitioners, I finally understood. Every time I went to take the driving tests, I had human thinking. While other people who had been here for ten years may have been too afraid to drive, this is not something that cultivators should follow.

The Fa rectification process is advancing rapidly. In Australia, if you can’t drive, it is a huge inconvenience to go out to clarify the truth and spread the Fa. I often rode in other practitioners’ cars. Wasn’t that troubling other practitioners with an inconvenience? Wasn’t that having improper thoughts? Wasn’t that not having righteous thoughts? The fifth time I took the test, I maintained strong righteous thoughts. I thought to myself, "Whether it is a male or female instructor, Westerner or Chinese (because people said Chinese female instructors weren’t good), it cannot obstruct me. I cannot waste any more time nor money. I urgently need to do the three things." That day it even rained a little. I thought, "It doesn’t matter what kind of weather prevails, it can be changed to my advantage." The instructor was Chinese. She was female, too. However, I just had one thought, "Human thinking cannot play a role here. I am a cultivator. I must pass." The result? I passed. I waited till I got home at night to look carefully at my score. It was still 83. Then I enlightened to it. Wasn’t this waiting for my righteous thoughts? I thought of Master’s words. A cultivator’s way of living isn’t coincidental. There are tests in every facet of our lives, testing my character, testing whether or not my righteous thoughts are sufficient, testing whether or not I treat myself as a practitioner. From then on, whenever I do truth clarification, I always remember the hints I received from the driving test experience. While clarifying the truth, I no longer think of "human reasons." "What will others think? What will I do if I don’t say it well?" I just have one thought: "The persecution of good people who cultivate 'Truthfulness, Benevolence, Forbearance' is extremely absurd. The laws of nature won’t tolerate it. We must let all people understand the truth, and choose their own futures." Besides some major truth clarification group activities, I use various opportunities in my life to clarify the truth. Maintaining righteous thoughts at all times guarantees that I clarify the truth well.

2. Making Use of the School Environment to Clarify the Truth with Wisdom.

In June 2005, after my refugee status was approved, I attended the Australian government program of 510 hours of English language classes. At the Center for English Learning, there were many people who came from mainland China. I thought to myself, "In China, all of the propaganda is lies and slander. People in China have been harmed deeply. I should tell them the truth about the Chinese Communist Party persecuting Falun Gong." Time and again I remembered Master’s words,

"Every person you come into contact with in society is someone to clarify the truth to, and what's manifest in clarifying the truth is Dafa disciples' mercy and their salvation of the world's people." ("To All Students at the Nordic Fa Conference")

I could not clarify the truth there just by giving out fliers. I had to find a way that was more acceptable. While chatting to fellow students, I naturally spoke about my coming to Australia because I was persecuted for cultivating Falun Gong. They wanted to understand it in more detail, so I gave them some fliers. Once after an extracurricular activity, a fellow student suggested that we go to the park and continue to play. At first I didn’t want to go and thought that it would be a waste of time. On second thought, I realized I should blend in and then take a step further to clarify the truth completely. Sometimes we can’t clarify the truth for the sake of clarifying the truth, as the result will not be good. So I went to the park with them. In a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, they asked me many questions about Falun Gong, and I answered them with careful consideration. For more than an hour, everyone there listened to me clarify the truth. I felt that they had come to the park just to listen to the truth. It seemed that the park was a special site for truth clarification. No one was doing anything else. When my thoughts were righteous, miracles again occurred.

Another time my teacher asked everyone to do a brief self-introduction. I thought this would be an opportunity for me to clarify the truth. I said that I had come from China, where I had been persecuted for my belief. The teacher, who was Chinese, suddenly said, "Wow, you are the first person I’ve ever met that was personally persecuted for practicing Falun Gong." The teacher already understood the truth before I even got a chance to explain. After the lesson, I tried to give her some truth clarification materials. She said she had received many such materials when she went to the Chinese consulate. I asked whether she was a CCP member and told her that, if she was, she would have to quit the party. She said she was a not a CCP member. I then asked her if she had been a member of the Communist Youth league, and she said yes. I told her that Communist Youth league members also have to quit the organization. I said I could help her quit the Communist Youth League with an alias. She replied quickly, "Why don’t you just write a resignation statement for me." Another being was saved. The truth clarification effort of every practitioner has a big impact. She had already obtained materials that explained the truth at the consulate, and so she already understood the truth. That’s why she was able to quit the Communist Youth League so easily. Every practitioner’s sacrifice is enormous, although you may not see it at first.

3. A Miraculous Telephone Number

Once you have the heart to do well the three things and walk straight the path of Dafa, Buddhas, Daos, and gods in other dimensions will help you and create opportunities for you to clarify the truth. Once I heard that a relative of mine was coming to Australia from China. When he was preparing his travel documents, a police officer asked him whether he practiced Falun Gong. He said he didn't, but the officer didn’t believe him and told him to curse Dafa. My relative unwillingly did what he was told. After I heard about this incident, I said to myself that I needed to contact him. I didn’t have his telephone number at that time and I couldn’t find another way to get in touch with him. I simply said to myself that I would find a way. I always kept strong righteous thoughts in my heart. One day, a miracle happened. On the table near my bed, I saw that person's phone number. I cleaned my table every day, yet I never saw any telephone numbers. But on that day, I saw the number I had been looking for. I thought that was truly a miracle. The number was "a gift from heaven." I dialed the number and located my relative. I told him that persecuting good people who cultivate "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance" is a great sin, and if you do not correct your words, aren’t you complicit? I told him that he needed to write a public statement and tell people the truth. He agreed. His letter was published on The Epoch Times.

4. Create an Environment to Clarify the Truth

As the wave of resignations from the CCP advanced, the Global "Quit the CCP" Service Center designed a very beautiful badge. The front is blue with a bird printed on it. Written on it (in both English and Chinese) is, "I support quitting the CCP." Wearing this badge has created numerous opportunities for me to clarify the truth. One day a teacher asked me what the badge meant. She was a Christian. I told her that the communist party had killed 80 million Chinese people and that Chinese people can truly have a good future only if they resign from the evil party and the party disintegrates. The teacher listened to me carefully. In the end, I gave her some truth-clarifying VCDs, newspapers, and the "Nine Commentaries." She said she would go home and look at them. I was truly happy when I saw that another being had understood the truth.

When I go shopping, the cashier asks me about the badge. My classmates also ask me about it. I use that chance to tell them the truth. The badge is truly a good helper. I wear it almost every day. I was also enlightened that this badge is as powerful as the "Quit the CCP" service center. It eliminates many evils in other dimensions.

5. Cooperate as One Body to Clarify the Truth

During the Easter break this year, we went to Bendigo to clarify the truth. The truth clarification activity had a great impact on me. Ninety-nine percent of the audience I faced were Westerners, but I could only speak a few words of English. Yet truth clarification is so urgent. The news about organs being removed from living Falun Gong practitioners had just been exposed. We needed to tell everyone the truth and let them sign the petition to stop this persecution. All the problems were solved when I was fully involved in the truth clarification activities. At the beginning, I could only say two words to passersby, "Please" and "petition." The passers-by would ask me what it was for and I would hurriedly tell them, "Many, many Chinese people are killed." When I turned around, I saw a few Western practitioners behind me, so I asked them to explain more fully. Then I simply said two words to get the attention of those passing by and asked Western and other practitioners who spoke good English to explain. Wasn’t this a very good one body? I was enlightened that "Not speaking English means I cannot clarify the truth to Westerners" is in fact a human notion. Dafa is harmonious. As long as you use your whole heart to do things, there will be no tests that you cannot overcome. When you have strong righteous thoughts, Buddhas, Daos and gods will give you wisdom. You will encounter miracles one after another.

6. Clarifying the Truth to the Chinese Media

A practitioner told me that our truth clarification to local media was lagging behind. She suggested that we go to the different local Chinese media to clarify the truth. I thought that was a good idea, so we started preparing. We brought along several media reports on the topic of organ removal from living Falun Gong practitioners, copies of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, and a letter I had written to editors and reporters. We visited six Chinese media in one day. Every media outlet listened to our call to expose the evil CCP that was trying to destroy witnesses. One editor-in-chief said they would have a meeting and discuss the issue with every editor and reporter. He then said, "I am very touched by your effort." At another Chinese media, the chief editor was not in. The secretary called the editor, who said she was doing work outside and that perhaps I could talk to her over the phone. I said it was not convenient to talk over the phone because it was a very important matter. She said she would be back at about 2:00 p.m. When we came back at 2:00 p.m., the secretary told us the editor would be back at 3:00 p.m. We returned again at 3:00 p.m. and waited for another twenty minutes before the editor returned. She listened and took notes. She said she was very touched to see our practitioners always clarifying the truth at sightseeing spots. We felt the overall effect of our truth clarification was very good. We shared afterwards and concluded that the truth clarification was successful due to three factors. Firstly, our team had strong righteous thoughts and cooperated well. A practitioner said that she sent forth righteous the day before we visited the media, with the thought that all chief editors would stay in their offices and wait for us. Some practitioners prepared the materials beforehand. Another practitioner drove to the city to pick us up. Because he had a special parking pass, it saved us a lot of time. Secondly, we didn’t wait for or rely on external factors. We remembered Master’s words that every Dafa disciple should walk his or her own path. Every practitioner is a main character. We are simply harmonizing with and complementing each other. We kept in mind that we would do the truth clarification task well even if there was only one person. Thirdly, we had no fear. When we think about the Dafa disciples who have ben killed, nothing is as urgent as our clarifying the truth. Nothing can stop us. Now I always bring truth materials with me and tell people the truth wherever I go.

Listed above are some of my experiences in doing truth clarification work. I feel I am still way behind compared to the requirements of the Fa. As Fa-rectification period Dafa disciples, we need to do well the three things. As the current of Fa-rectification advances, we should put in more effort to clarify the truth, expose to the world the brutal removal of organs from Falun Gong practitioners, and totally deny the arrangements of the old forces.

I would like to conclude by sharing Master’s poem "Hurry Up And Tell Them:"

As Dafa disciples tell people the facts,

It's like sharp swords shooting out together from their mouths,

Shredding apart the rotten demons' lies.

Lose no time and save them, hurry up and tell them.
