1. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Zheng Fengxiang and His Family Kidnapped
Mr. Zheng Xiangfeng, 44 years old, lived in Changjiang Street, Fengman District, Jilin City. He was arrested by police from the Changjiang Police Station at 10 p.m. on July 14, 2006. In addition, police also arrested his 18-year-old son Zheng Yunlong, a high school student. On the next day, they arrested his wife Li Wenhua as she returned home. Police also confiscated a computer, CD recorder, and 8000 Yuan of cash belonging to Mr. Zheng.
2. [Penglai, Shandong Province] Dafa Practitioners Zhou Yuling and Sun Baoping Arrested
After the Penglai Police Office and 610 Office persecuted Mr. Wu Hong and Ms. Wang Xiaofang (husband and wife) to death, on July 6, 2006, they also arrested Ms. Zhou Yuling. Zhou Yumin, the younger sister of Zhou Yuling, is currently detained and persecuted illegally at the Penglai 610 Office brainwashing center.
In addition, at 8 a.m. on July 10th, two police officers trapped Sun Baoping, a doctor from the Nanwang Hospital and a Dafa practitioner. They arrested Sun and took him to the Nanwang Police Station. Police broke into Sun’s home and confiscated computers and printers. Sun Baoping is currently being detained at the Penglai Detention Facility.
3. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Dafa Practitioner Jia Jianfeng Illegally Sentenced to Forced Labor for One Year
Dafa practitioner Mr. Jia Jianfeng (from Jilin) was arrested and taken to the brainwashing center, yet he never gave up his firm belief in Dafa and is now being sent to the Jiutai Forced Labor Camp for further persecution.
4. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Ms. Wang Huimin Missing Since Being Arrested and Taken to a Brainwashing Center
Dafa practitioner Ms. Wang Huimin, about 60 years old, is currently missing since being arrested and sent to the brainwashing center.
5. [Boli County, Heilongjiang Province] Dafa Practitioner Liu Yumei Illegally Arrested
Dafa practitioner Ms. Liu Yumei was a 12th grade teacher at No.7 High School of Boli County. After clarifying the truth to students, she was reported on by some students’ parents to the Qitaihe City Government. The Qitaihe City 610 Office came to the school and arrested Ms. Liu. Her current whereabouts are unknown.
6. [Hulunbeir City, Inner Mongolia] More than 30 Practitioners Arrested by Police from the Zhalantun District of Hulunbeir City
On March 27, 2006, in Zhalantun District of Hulunbeir City, 14 police officers led by Deputy Director Ding Shaowei searched Dafa practitioners’ homes illegally. They found Dafa books and materials and used them as excuses to arrest more than 30 Dafa practitioners. As of today, there are still some practitioners that are being detained, with at least two practitioners being detained at Arongqi.
7. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Liu Hongxia Illegally Arrested
In July 2006, the Shanqian Local Police Station of Jilin asked the Lianhua Local Police Station to arrest Dafa practitioner, Ms. Liu Hongxia.
Liu was arrested illegally and sent to a brainwashing center three times in November 1999, March 2000, and October 2000.
8. [Anshan City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Mr. Ma Jiangyuan Illegally Detained at the Mingyue Correction Facility of Anshan City
9. [Tianjin] Additional Information on the Persecution against Practitioner Zhang Xiuying
Dafa practitioner Ms. Zhang Xiuying from Tanggu District, Tianjin was arrested by Chen Yujun, Zhang Changyan, and another 10 plus police officers at 7 a.m. on March 28, 2006 from home. Ms. Zhang is currently being illegally detained at the Zhaojiadi Detention Facility of Tanggu District.
10. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Practitioner Zhu Lin Illegally Sentenced to Forced Labor for One Year
The Xiaonan Detention Facility, brainwashing center, and the Sancha police teamed together to persecute Dafa practitioners Ms. Zhu Lin and Ms. Li Junzhen.
Zhu Lin was arrested first by the Sancha Police Station, and then was sent to the No. 1 Force Labor Camp of Hongshan District in Wuhan City for further persecution. She was sentenced to one year of forced labor. Dafa practitioner Li Junzhen was also arrested and detained for 15 days. The Bureau of Public Safety extorted her family out of 1,000 Yuan before releasing her.
11. [Chenxi, Hunan Province] Sixteen Practitioners Being Detained
In mid-July of 2006, twelve Dafa practitioners were arrested in Xiaoping Town, Chenxi. Three of them escaped with their righteous thoughts. Currently, there are 7 fellow practitioners being illegally detained, and among them, two are detained at the Chenxi Detention Facility.
12. [Linshu County, Shandong Province] Dafa Practitioners Ms. Wang Yanmei and Mr. Wang Feng Illegally Sentenced to Forced Labor and Sent to Jinan
13. [Laixi City, Shandong Province] Dafa Practitioner Hu Keling Kidnapped
Dafa practitioner Ms. Hu Keling is more than 40 years old. During the afternoon on July 13, 2006, while at work, she was arrested by police from the Qingdao Road Local Police Station. Ms. Hu is being illegally detained at the Qingdang Road Police Station.
14. [Songzi City, Hubei Province] Additional Information about the Arrest of Dafa Practitioner Hu Jiqin
At 10 a.m. on July 5, 2006, while resting at home, Ms. Hu Jiqin was arrested by 8 undercover police officers. At of now, she is being illegally detained at the No. 1 Detention Facility of Songzi City. Ms. Hu Jiqin is currently on a hunger strike.
15. [Anshan, Liaoning Province] Dafa Practitioner Ms. Jin Caiyu and Her Family Arrested and Missing
Dafa practitioners Jin Caiyu, Chi Qingai, and Chi Qinghua from Anshan, a family of Korean nationals, have been detained since March 2006 by the Ningyuantun police of Anshan City. The whole family is currently missing, and their material distribution site was destroyed.

16. [Guan Town, Shandong Province] Practitioners Tian Jiawei and Others Transferred to the No. 3 Forced Labor Camp of Xuchang, Henan Province
Dafa practitioners Tian Jiawei, Niu Fuwang and 6 others were secretly transferred from the Beijing Forced Labor Camp to the No. 3 Forced Labor Camp of Xuchang, Henan Province in May 2006.
17. [Zhaoyuan, Shandong Province] Dafa Practitioner Cui Guifen Arrested and Her Home Illegally Ransacked
On July 5, 2006, about 6 to 7 police officers from the Bureau of Public Safety of Zhaoyuan City broke into Dafa practitioner Cui Guifen’s home. Police illegally confiscated her property. They took away computers, printers, and other items and arrested Cui, sending her to the brainwashing center supported by the Lingnan Gold Mine of Zhaoyuan City. It has been reported that currently, there are 27 Dafa practitioners being illegally detained at these brainwashing centers or detention facilities.
18. [Shenzhou City, Hebei Province] Du Xiaoju Arrested Illegally while Distributing Truth Clarifying Material
Ms. Du Xiaoju is 48 years old. She is from Long Village of East Shenzhou Town, Shenzhou City, Hebei Province. On July 13, 2006, in the morning, she and her 13-year-old daughter (Meng Jiaojiao) were reported and arrested while distributing truth-clarifying materials. After the illegal arrest, the Shenzhou City police also ransacked Du’s home that same day. Police extorted 3,000 yuan from her family before releasing her daughter Meng Jiaojiao; however, Ms. Du is still being illegally detained at this time.
19. [Shanghai] Mr. Guo Jinfu Detained at the Xuhui Detention Facility
Mr. Guo Jinfu was illegally arrested by the Xuhui Police Sub-Bureau in June 2006. He is being illegally detained at the Xuhui Detention Facility.
20. [Yulin, Guanxi Province] Dafa Practitioner Chen Zonglie Kidnapped
Mr. Chen Zonglie was an employee at the Yulin Drug Factory of Guangxi Province. He was reported to the police by his Workshop Director Lu Cheng. On June 16, 2006, he was arrested [by police] and was sentenced to one year of forced labor.
