1. [Longhua County, Hebei Province] Liu Xiaorong Suffers Persecution at Hebei Province Women’s Prison
Ms. Liu Xiaorong, a practitioner from Longhua County, Hebei Province is currently detained at Hebei Province Women’s Prison. Since March 18, 2006, she has been on hunger strike to protest the persecution. She is emaciated, and her heart is not getting enough blood.
2. [Haicheng City, Liaoning Province] Falun Gong Practitioner Zhou Huisheng Suffers Cerebral Hemorrhage Due to Persecution at Anshan Forced Labor Camp
Mr. Zhou Huisheng, a practitioner in Ganwang Town, Haicheng City, Liaoning Province, was arrested in 2005 by the Ganwang Police Station for clarifying the truth about Falun Gong. He was sentenced to two years of forced labor at Anshan Forced Labor Camp. Mr. Zhou has been persecuted to the degree of having a cerebral hemorrhage. On July 26, 2006, the labor camp pushed the responsibility to his family. Zhou Huisheng is now in a coma and his life is in danger.

3. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Cui Mingshu Persecuted at Forced Labor Camp
Ms. Cui Mingshu, 53 years old, was illegally arrested in June 2006 and sentenced to four years of forced labor. She is now detained in Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp, and has been on a hunger strike for over a month.
4. [Hunan Province] Practitioner Shi Shenglan Detained at Chenxi Detention Center
On July 27, 2006, practitioners Ms. Shi Shenglan, Ms. Xiang Juzhen and Ms. Mi Xiumei were illegally detained at Chenxi Detention Center. Because Shi Shenglan insisted on doing the exercises, she was handcuffed and hung up. Her hands were left with many bloody marks and she was forced to wear a prisoner’s uniform.

5. [Xinxiang, Henan Province] Practitioner Liu Xia Detained
During the second half of 2005, while practitioner Ms. Liu Xia was clarifying the truth about Falun Gong to colleagues in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, she was reported and arrested, and her home was ransacked. Later she was sent back to her hometown in Xinyang, sentenced to three years, and is now detained at Henan Province Women’s Prison.

6. [Heilongjiang Province] Harbin Women’s Prison Persecutes Practitioners Ba Lijiang and Liu Guihua
Practitioner Ba Lijiang has refused to wear a prisoner’s uniform, and she has been on a hunger strike for over four months at Team No. 4 of Harbin Women’s Prison. Ms. Liu Guihua from Muling is detained at Division No. 1. She was denied the right to see her father and child when they came to visit.
7. [Donga County, Shandong Province] Three Practitioners Seized
In order to expose the evildoing of policemen in Donga County arresting local practitioners, Ms. Sang Xueli and Ms. Niu Shilan, and three other practitioners went to Gaoji Township in Donga County to distribute truth-clarification information on the night of July 27, 2006. They were arrested and are now detained at the Donga County Detention Center.
8. [Linghai City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Sun Liying Arrested
On the morning of July 28, 2006, Ms. Sun Liying and another practitioner were explaining the truth about Falun Gong to a primary school student. They were reported by the student’s parents, and are now detained at Jincheng Public Security Sub-bureau in Linghai City.

9. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Qiao Zengyi Detained
Mr. Qiao Zengyi from Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province was sentenced to one and a half years of forced labor by the Nangang Public Security Sub-bureau. He is now detained at the Harbin City No. 2 Detention Center.
10. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Tie Zhijie Arrested
After 9:00 a.m. on July 25, 2006, four policemen from Chengfeng Public Security Sub-bureau in Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province arrested Mr. Tie Zhijie at his workplace, and then searched his home. They confiscated his laptop, two removable hard drives, Falun Dafa books, and other valuables.
11. [Tieling City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Xu Chenzeng Arrested
At 9 o’clock on July 26, 2006, Li Tiesheng from Tiexi Public Security Sub-bureau of Tieling City and local police from the Zhenxing Community rushed into the home of practitioner Mr. Xu Chenzeng, ransacked it and arrested him. His whereabouts are unknown.
12. [Kaifeng City, Henan Province] Practitioner Tan Canglong Detained in Forced Labor Camp
Mr. Tan Canglong is an employee of the Kaifeng City No. 11 Chemical Development Company. At the end of May 2006, Tan Canglong was reported when he was telling people the facts about Falun Gong. The police arrested him, ransacked his home, and confiscated his laptop, printer, paper, Falun Dafa materials and other valuables.
13. [Beijing] Practitioner Liu Junfei Detained
In the afternoon of June 30, 2006, Beijing practitioner Mr. Liu Junfei was arrested by police when he was distributing truth-clarification disks. On that night, police searched his residence and confiscated Falun Dafa books and Teacher’s new articles. Liu Junfei is currently held at Fengtai Detention Center in Beijing, and he is denied visits from his family.
14. [Puyang City, Henan Province] Three Practitioners Including Zhang Xiaojun Detained
On the night of July 27, 2006, Ms. Zhang Xianli of Puyang City, Henan Province was arrested when she was distributing truth-clarification flyers. Her mother Ms. Zhang Guizhen and elder sister Ms. Zhang Xiaojun were also arrested. They are detained at Huangpu Detention Center.

17. [Shen County, Shandong Province] Practitioner Geng Zhaojing is Homeless
In early 2006, Ge Kaijun, the deputy head of Zhanglu Town, Shen County, Shandong Province, ceaselessly harassed and persecuted his father, Dafa practitioner Ge Zhaojing. He confiscated his Falun Dafa books and materials, and intimidated his father to give up the practice. His father left home in March.
18. [Laiyang City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Sun Xiuzhen Arrested
Ms. Sun Xiuzhen, over 40 years old, is a gynecologist in the Laiyang Chinese Medicine Hospital. She was arrested from her home by Laiyang 610 Office agents on July 17, 2006.
19. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Mr. Du Junyu Arrested
At dawn on July 28, 2006, practitioner Mr. Du Junyu of Zhangdian District, Zibo City, was arrested at home.
20. [ShouGuang, Shandong Province] Sui Jingmei Persecuted by 610 Office
Ms. Sui Jingmei is a high school teacher in the Shouguang Experimental High School, Shandong Province. On the morning of July 26, 2006, when she was undergoing training at Shouguang Century School, she was arrested by 610 Office agents and taken to the Weifang City Brainwashing Center.
21. [Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Wang Qinglin Persecuted at Jinzhou No. 2 Detention Center
At around 10:00 p.m. on July 20, 2006, Ms. Wang Qinglin was arrested by Daxue Local Police Station while she was making truth-clarification materials at Ertun. She was later sent to Jinzhou No. 2 Detention Center in Liaoning Province.

22. [Qiyang County, Hunan Province] Practitioner Li Xueqi Arrested
On July 19, 2006, policemen from the Lengshuitan 610 Office and National Protection Unit deceived Ms. Li Xueqi into going to Lengshuitan over the phone, arrested her, and searched her home. The policemen confiscated a computer, recording machine and other valuables. She is now detained at Dongan Brainwashing Center. Ms. Li has been interrogated with torture for two days and two nights, resulting in many bloody marks all over her body.

23. [Lanxi , Zhejiang Province] Practitioner Guo Saiqin Again Detained in Forced Labor Camp
Ms. Guo Saiqin, 62 years old, was sentenced to two years of forced labor by the Jinhua 610 Office on July 6, 2006 for clarifying the truth about Falun Gong. She is now held at the Moganshan Forced Labor Camp. In 2001, Ms. Guo was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for clarifying the truth.

At 4:00 p.m. on July 28, 2006, practitioners Mr. Tan Hongjun and Ms. Zhou Lan were arrested and their home was ransacked by the Dongli District 610 Office.
25. [Huangmei County, Hubei Province] Practitioner You Jinxia Arrested
Ms. You Jinxia is a 68-year-old practitioner in Xiaochi Town, Huangmei County. Around 9:00 a.m. on July 13, 2006, Chief Chen Honggang and others from Xiaochi Police Station surrounded the home of You Jinxia and then rushed in to ransack the place. They forcibly pushed her into a police car and interrogated her at the police station.

26. [Linan City, Zhejiang Province] Practitioner Mr. Yin Jinlong Arrested at Home
At the end of July 2006, practitioner Mr. Yin Jinlong was arrested at home by Zhang Limin and others from the National Security Unit.
27. [Puyang City, Henan Province] Zhang Xiaojun and His Mother Seized
At 11:30 p.m. on July 27, 2006, eight police officers from the Zhongyuan Oil Field Security Section in Puyang City, Henan Province broke into the home of Mr. Zhang Xiaojun, arrested him and his mother Ms. Zhang Guizhen (nearly 70), and confiscated Falun Gong materials. Zhang Xiaojun is now detained at Huangpu Detention Center of Zhongyuan Oil Field.

On July 8, 2006, practitioners Mr. Zheng Jinzhang, Mr. Chen Lisheng and Mr. Wang Xincheng were seized in Cixi, Ningpo City, Zhejiang Province.
30. [Haifeng County, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Huang Guixue Arrested
Practitioner Huang Guixue is from Sichuan. On the night of July 20, 2006, he was arrested by over 30 policemen from the Haifeng County Public Security Bureau in Gongping Town, Haifeng County.
That night, police forcibly confiscated three bankbooks with a total amount of over 10,000 yuan, some Falun Dafa materials and other items.

On May 1, 2005, Ms. Cui Xiaoping and Ms. Pan Yufen from Mianyang City, Sichuan Province were arrested by Mianyang City 610 Office agents. Cui Xiaoping was sentenced to three years of imprisonment, and is now detained at the Longquanyi Prison in Chengdu. Pan Yufen was sentenced to three years of forced labor, and is now detained at the Nanmusi Women’s Forced Labor Camp in Zizhong.
