1. [ Shuangyashan City, Heilongjiang Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Wang Guanrong Requires Constant Care after Being Tortured

Mr. Wang Guanrong has severe diabetes and related diseases due to severe torture. He is unable to care for himself and is in the infirmary division of the Harbin City Women's Prison.

Ms. Zhang Chunhua, from Mingcheng Town, has been detained in Changchun Heizuizi Women's Forced Labor Camp for more than a month. She is being severely tortured during this time.

4. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Dafa Practitioners Jin Chengshan and Jiao Xiaohua Arrested Again

A married couple from Hulan District, Mr. Jin Chengshan and Jiao Xiaohua, were arrested by the Sixth Division of the Harbin City Police Department. Jin Chengshan was forced into car No.120 and Jiao Xiaohua was in handcuffs.

5. [Huludao City, Liaoning Province] Dafa Practitioner Lihua Huang Arrested

Ms. Huang Lihua is a teacher at the Experimental Elementary School in Suizhong County of Huludao City. She was reported for copying Dafa materials and arrested on December 21, 2006.

7. [Beijing] Dafa Practitioners Ma Hongjun and Du Xiaojun Illegally Sentenced to Prison

National Security Bureau official, Mr. Ma Hongjun was previously in Zhaoyang Detention Center in 2004. He has now been illegally sentenced to 8 years in prison and detained in the 9th ward of Qianjin Prison. He was very weak from severe torture. Family members pressured the authorities into sending him to a hospital for examination. They were told he had hemolytic anemia last summer. His labor was reduced, but a medical parole was prohibited. His wife, Ms. Du Xiaojun, was sentenced to 7 ?years in prison and placed in Daxing Women's Prison, illegally.

Ms. Wei Suwen, of Xitiangezhuang Town, was arrested at her home by security personnel and police officers on December 14, 2006.

Ms. Zhao Guihua is 58 years old and lives in Nanhao area of Xiawa Village. The 610 personnel often incite Village Councilors to harass her at home.

Two Village Councilors tried to arrest her the morning of July 18, 2006. They failed to take her then, but later confiscated Falun Dafa books, photos of Master Li, audio/video tapes and other materials from her home. Zhao Guihua was forced into homeless for over a month to avoid capture. She returned home in September, but more than ten 610 staff entered her house at 10 a.m. on September 12. She escaped and is currently homeless.

Mr. Ji Jianxia was arrested by undercover police for delivering truth-clarification materials. Police went to his workplace, the Southern Nanjing Power Supply Company, to arrest his colleague, Mr. Sun Bo. They ransacked his home and work station.

Around 4:00 p.m. on December 20, 2006, the party vice secretary of Hocun Village and town policemen drove two cars to Mr. Fan Heyun's workplace. They arrested him and sent him to Handan City brainwashing center.

Guo Zhiping and Luo Lian are currently detained at Hancui Beilu Police Station.

Wang Yuzhi suffered long term detention and torture at the Cloud Hotel in Baoji City. It has been closed and he has been transferred to the Second Detention Center.

On September 28, 2006, Zhang Daidi was arrested and jailed in Jiujiang City Detention Center for about one month. She was released on October 26, because her family paid 10,000 yuan. She is
still strictly monitored by the police. She receives threatening phone calls, is being harassed repeatedly and she is required to report to the District Police Department twice a month.

Ms. Ma ShuYing, from Haoguan Township of Kangping County, was reported while distributing truth-clarifying materials in Heping Township on December 11, 2006. She was arrested by the Heping Township police who also ransacked her home. Now she is detained in the First Jail of Shenyang City. As a result, her eighty-year-old mother is alone and uncared for.

17. [Deyang City, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Mr. Jiang Yiquan Arrested

On the afternoon of December 22, 2006, Mr. Jiang Yiquan from Deyang City was illegally arrested by the police led by Fong Chyi. Jiang Yiquan's home was ransacked.

The Louchuan County Police Station in Guangxi Province arrested Ms. Wen Liping, a teacher at the County Second High school. Then they ransacked other practitioners homes.

Huang Chiatian led Nanping City's Ian Pin Ou National Protection Team officers into the Nanping City's retired workers dorm to arrest Chen Minchen. Mr. Chen is more than 70 years old and a retired worker of the pubic safety department. His home was ransacked and he is missing.
