1. [Tianjin] Yang Yongjian Arrested
When Mr. Yang Yongjian from the Dagang District, Tianjin was traveling by air with a colleague on November 21, 2007, he was body-searched at the Tianjin Airport and then arrested. He is presently being held at the district's police department.
2. [Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province] Three Practitioners Arrested
Ten officers from the Funing County Shimenzai Police Station and from the county's National Security Division in Qinhuangdao City committed a crime. They broke into the rented apartment of Ms. Wang Xuemei and another woman practitioner at 7:30 p.m. on September 12, 2007, and ransacked the place without showing any warrant. Police confiscated two MP3 players, some Dafa books, one picture of Master Li, two tape recorders and 700 yuan cash. They made a huge mess; clothes and quilts were scattered everywhere. Police put the two practitioners into a police vehicle and sent them into the Shimenzai Police Station. Practitioner Mr. Ma Wenyi visited Ms. Wang's home at 8:00 p.m. that night. Policeman Zhang Yinguo who had stayed in the room arrested Mr. Ma. The three practitioners were first held at the Funing County Detention Center, followed by incarceration in the county's Brainwashing Center the next evening.
3. [Bangbu City, Anhui Province] Ma Jun Held at the Su County's No. 3 Prison
Mr. Ma Jun is presently being held at the No.15 Ward of the Su County No. 3 Prison. His family's visit on October 29, 2007 was denied because he had practiced the Falun Gong exercises one morning and was subsequently held in a small cell for a month.

4. [Qingdao City, Shandong Province] Persecution of Liu Xitong
Personnel from the Qingdao City "610 Office" and from the Xiangtan Street Police Station arrested Mr. Liu Xitong and his wife on November 14, 2007 after Mr. Liu held his personal calligraphy exhibit, during which he clarified the truth about Falun Gong. They ransacked the couple's home and confiscated two computers and some other items. The couple is presently being held at the Dashan Police Station.

5. [Chongqing] Two Practitioners Arrested
Several practitioners from the Banan District, Chongqing City were harassed. Two practitioners were arrested in November 2007. It was reported that they are being held at the district's detention center.

6. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Married Couple Bi Junqing and Wang Shouping Have Been Held for Two Months
Mr. Bi Junqing and his wife Ms. Wang Shouping, retired workers from the Guye District Zhaogezhuang Mine in Tangshan City, hosted a practitioner from Qian'an City. Personnel from Qian'an City colluded with officers from the Zhaogezhuang Northeastern District Police Station and arrested the couple on September 11, 2007. They ransacked the couple's home and put them into the Tangshan City No.1 Detention Center. Detention center officials denied all visits to the couple. Mr. Bi's 80-year-old parents fainted because they could not see their son and daughter-in-law.
7. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Yan Xiuli and Han Defa Illegally Sentenced
Personnel from the Daqing Police Department's National Security Division arrested Ms. Yan Xiuli and Mr. Han Defa from the Longfeng District in Daqing City on March 19, 2007. They were put into the city's No.1 Detention Center and sentenced to imprisonment half a year later. Ms. Yan was sentenced to seven years in prison and was put into the Heilongjiang Province Women's Prison on October 1, 2007. Mr. Han was sentenced to three years in prison and put into the province's Hulan Prison on October 1, 2007. Their current circumstances are unknown.
8. [Beijing] Jiang Jianxue Persecuted at the Beijing Tuanhe Women's Forced Labor Camp
Ms. Jiang Jianxue is presently held at the Beijing Tuanhe Women's Forced Labor Camp's No. 8 Division. During the long-term physical torture and mental persecution, Ms. Jiang could not stand up and has festering sores on her buttocks from long-term physical torture, which caused severe pain that prevented her from sleeping well.
Labor camp police made her to sit on a high stool for a long time and often deprived her of sleep since she was detained there in 2006. The police also sometimes forced her to stand for up to 16 hours. They tried to force her to give up Falun Gong practice. Ms. Jiang staged several hunger strikes, but was brutally force-fed. Ms. Jiang went unconscious several times.

9. [Beijing] Mr. Shi Qingwen and His Wife Ms. Yao Arrested
Personnel from the National Security Division, from the Guangming Police Station and from the Xingfu Easter District Residential Committee broke into Mr. Shi Qingwen's home and ransacked it at 12:00 p.m. on November 15, 2007. They arrested Mr. Shi and Ms. Yao and put them into the Shunyi District Detention Center.
10. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Personnel from the Xindu Police Station Arrested Several Practitioners
Personnel from the Chengdu City "610 Office," from the National Security Division and from the city's police department colluded with officers from the Xindu Police Station. They broke into Mr. Yu Dafang's home at the No. 2 Group of the Xindu District Guihu's No. 2 Division at 2:00 p.m. on November 20, 2007. They arrested Mr. Yu and several other practitioners who lived there, including Ms. Liu Ying.
Ms. Liu had been arrested and tortured several times, causing her to have a mental breakdown. Now, she can not take care of herself.
11. [Zhanjiang City, Guangdong Province] Lin Shilian Arrested
Ms. Lin Shilian, in her 40s, was reported and subsequently arrested the afternoon of November 18, 2007. The arrest happened when she explained the facts of Falun Gong to some students in the Chikan District Sports Field in Zhanjiang City.
12. [Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province] Several Practitioners Arrested
Police arrested three practitioners on September 23, 2007. They are Mr. Zhuo Jiangshan from Zhanjiang City, Mr. Zhou Jianyuan from Wuchuan City and Ms. Wang Jiafang, an associate professor of a university in Guangzhou City. Police then tracked several practitioners' telephone signals and arrested 40-year-old Mr. Long Guande, his wife Ms. Zhan Xuemei, Mr. Li Weiying and Xiaoyu. It is unknown where the arrested practitioners are being held.
13. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Li Jinhua Arrested
Officials from the Fangzi District "610 Office," from the Police Department and from the National Security Division colluded with personnel from the district's Fang'an Police Station and from the Shuipo Village Committee. They arrested Ms. Li Jinhua the afternoon of November 14, 2007. In the meantime, personnel from the Changning Police Station and from the Zhangluyuan Village Committee arrested a practitioner surnamed Li.
14. [Tianjin] A Practitioner Surnamed Liu Arrested
Police arrested a practitioner surnamed Liu from his/her home in Hetou Village, the Tanggu District, Tianjin at noon on November 19, 2007. Liu is presently being held at the Zhongxinqiao Police Station.
15. [Liaoyuan City, Jilin Province] Persecution of Several Practitioners
Personnel from the Liaoyuan City "610 Office," from the National Security Division and from the city's police department arrested several practitioners at their homes after the Communist Party's 17th Congress. The arrested practitioners include:
Ms. Wang Li from Liaoyuan City was sentenced to one year of forced labor at the Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp.
Mr. Ma Shanyou, 62 years old, from Xingguo Village, was sentenced to one year of forced labor.
Mr. Ai Lihua, 54 years old, and his wife Ms. Gu Junqing, 55 years old, from Yinma Village, Anshu Town were arrested at their home.
Ms. Wang Yulan, 55 years old, lives in Liming Village's No. 2 Group, Quantai Town.
Ms. Yang Shuqiu, 37 years old, lives in Shiyicailan Village's No. 6 Group.
Ms. Yu Dianfan lives in Xiaochengzi Village, Anshu Town.
16. [Yushu City, Jilin Province] Police Arrested Six Practitioners
Personnel from the Yushu City Police Department and from the Tuqiao Town Police Station arrested six practitioners when they distributed the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party. They are Mr. Lu Xianfeng, Mr. Wang Guohua, Ms. Xuan Zhaoru, Ms. Cheng Xiaohua, Ms. Tian Yumei and Ms. Liu Shihua. They are currently being held at the city's detention center.
17. [Beihai City, Guangxi Autonomous Region] Pang Lifeng Arrested
Ms. Pang Lifeng and another woman practitioner were arrested in Hepu County in mid- September 2007. They are presently being held at the county's detention center.
18. [Shanghai] Qiu Nanping and His Wife Wei Lijun's Whereabouts Unknown
The police arrested Mr. Qiu Nanping and Ms. Wei Lijun the morning of November 8, 2007 on their way to work. Police ransacked their home and confiscated a computer, a printer, an MP3 player and some Falun Gong materials. The couple's whereabouts are unknown.
19. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Two Practitioners from the Huazhong Agriculture University Arrested
Personnel from the Huazhong Agriculture University's Security Section arrested Ms. Zhao Fenglan and Ms. Xu on November 13, 2007. They are presently being held at the Wuhan City's Dongxihu No. 2 Women's Detention Center. It was reported that they would be held there for 15 days.

20. [Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province] Supplemental Information Regarding the Arrest of Yin Chunjiao and Ma Xia
Ms. Ma Xia, 26 years old, who was held at the Zhongshan Police Station, has a one-and-a-half years old child. Police station officials informed her father to pick up Ms. Ma on November 12, 2007 with a certificate issued by Zhanjiang Police Station agents. Ms. Ma has been released, but police monitor Ms. Ma's family now.
About a dozen policemen broke into Ms. Yin Chunjiao's home and looked around on November 8, 2007. When they saw a picture of a Falun Gong emblem, they ransacked her home and put her into the Zhongshan District Detention Center. All family visits are denied.

21. [Yueyang City, Hunan Province] Liu Hongxia Facing Illegal Trail
Ms. Liu Hongxia was reported to the police when distributing Falun Gong materials. She is presently being held at the Yueyang City No. 1 Detention Center. Her case has been reported to the Yueyanglou District Court.

22. [Tianmen City, Hubei Province] Fan Yijun Arrested
Officers from the Tianmen City Police Department including Zheng Xianjie arrested Mr. Fan Yijun because they found about 100 copies of the "Minghui Weekly" at Mr. Fan's home. Mr. Fan had [previously] been held for one-and-a-half years.

23. [Shangqiu City, Henan Province] Persecution of Cao Jingde
Mr. Cao Jingde from Dengzhuang Village, Kuangcheng Township, Sui County, Shangqiu City was arrested and put into the county's detention center on November 9, 2007.
24. [Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province] Police Ransacked Ms. Zhang Fengying's Home
Eight officers from the Taiyuan City "610 Office,' from the city's police department, from the Wanbailin Police Department, from the Wanbailin Police Station and from the city's Criminal Police Division ransacked Ms. Zhang Fengying's home. They confiscated some Dafa books, truth-clarification materials, two personal phone books, a computer, a removable disk and a case of envelopes.
25. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Li Guangzhi Arrested and Sun Xunqing Missing
Police arrested 70-year-old Ms. Li Guangzhi from the Fushan District, Yantai City because she had recently explained the facts of Falun Gong. Her detention place is unknown.
Ms. Sun Xunqing, in her 50s, from the Fushan District has not returned home since she went out to distribute Falun Gong materials six days ago. Her whereabouts are unknown.
