1. Sentient Beings Are Anxiously Waiting for Us to Save Them
Friday night we left Toronto for New York. We arrived in New York after driving more than 10 hours. Shortly after our arrival, I put on a traditional Chinese General's uniform and went off to the Beacon Theatre in Manhattan. We delivered fliers and put up posters along Broadway and Amsterdam, covering about 70 to 80 shops and stores. Almost everyone took our fliers. In some stores, the minute we walked in, people shouted for joy and were happy to take the fliers from us - "the Generals and Fairy Maidens." We felt that they were waiting for us anxiously to bring them this blessing.
Most of the practitioners were from out of town, and there were several New York practitioners too. But all in all, there were just too few practitioners. Perhaps New York practitioners have already been busy helping with the promotion in many locations. After all, the Broadway district in Manhattan is such a busy place. But we really need more people to participate!
2. Master's Fa-rectification Project and "Our" Projects
Practitioners are all very busy. However, we all know that the Chinese New Year Spectacular is under Master's direct guidance and being a part of it is like Master conducting the 9-day-class in the early days of the spread of Dafa--the meaning is profound. Anything Master wants to do must be harmonized by sentient beings in the universe unconditionally. Dafa disciples who understand the principles must also put it to practice wholeheartedly. Currently, ticket sales and promotion are facing serious obstacles. We desperately need more practitioners to be involved.
As a matter of fact, we are all involved in many projects. These are the projects we work on to validate the Fa, "our" projects. Of course we've understood what Master teaches us and so we do these projects as they are among the three things that Master tells us to do. However, they are "our" projects, and are very different from the project that is under Master's direct guidance. In fact, I'd say such a comparison is incomparable. As disciples, we must always remember to place what Master wants as the utmost priority, to harmonize what Master wants, then, we can think of our own things. Right now, the Holiday Wonders project is in urgent need. Every single disciple must reconsider the things we are working on now, let go of selfishness, let go of our attachments, and to devote every effort to harmonize what Master wants.
3. Urgent Things and Things That Can Wait
The Holiday Wonders is only 15 days away and there are more than 20,000 tickets to sell. It's really urgent. Can we adjust our time and effort to prioritize what must be done first and make the shows a big success?
If we are to sell all the tickets, we must ensure that 1,500-plus tickets are sold each day. A miracle must happen. Dafa disciples have materialized numerous miracles in the past. For example, the most vicious CCP has wanted to crush Dafa disciples, but it has not succeeded after eight years, and in the end, the regime itself is being uprooted, and its days are numbered. When Dafa disciples put our righteous thoughts and actions together, with the help of Master and many righteous Gods, any miracle can happen. I believe with all Dafa practitioners righteous thoughts and actions, we will harmonize what Master wants.
4. The Holiday Wonders and New Year Spectacular Are the Continuation of the Manhattan Fa-rectification Project
On our way to New York, we were hit by a blizzard like we have never experienced before. We couldn't see anything a few meters ahead and we had to pull over. The evil factors in other dimensions are still very vicious. Then I remembered Master's words about the most vicious evil factors outside China gathering in Manhattan and the most vicious evil in Mainland China gathering in Beijing (paraphrase; not Master's exact words).
When the Manhattan Fa-rectification project was going on, I came to New York many times. I felt that we needed to do much more truth-clarification to people who worked in the business district. This time, I feel that we must find ways to sell tickets to these people. I feel that this is a chance that Master gives them. Through entertainment, these predestined people will be saved. So, we have to actively harmonize what Master wants and deliver the message about the show to these people.
We've driven a long way from Toronto to New York to participate in this activity. We've often thought that New York practitioners are so lucky because they have chances to see Master frequently and can be involved in a project under Master's direct guidance. Perhaps it's fair to say that not only we envy New York practitioners, but sentient beings in the whole universe also feel the same way! In the meantime, they also carry momentous responsibilities. Let all of us come forward and seize the opportunity to harmonize what Master wants.
