New Mexico (USA) : Falun Dafa Practitioners Participate in Third Annual Japan Festival in Santa Fe (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) The 3^rd Annual Japan Festival was held in Santa Fe, New Mexico on Saturday, April 14, 2007. The bright yellow, red, and blue Falun Dafa booth with multi-colored lotus flowers and practitioners dressed in golden practice suits fit right in amongst a sea of lively colored booths, Asian costumes, and music, dance, and martial arts performances.

Although the festival in only in its 3^rd year, well over 2,000 people attended. There was a constant stream of people stopping by the Falun Dafa booth. The practitioners at the booth were kept busy the whole day, answering questions about Falun Dafa and telling people about the free Falun Dafa classes given locally. Many people immediately expressed an interest in attending the classes.

One woman who had recently read a book about the Cultural Revolution in China, was very interested in reading the book, Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party. She also said she would pass the book on to her son, who would soon be making a business trip to China.

Another woman from a sales booth nearby came to the Falun Dafa booth and asked for a lotus flower and a flyer. Practitioners later noticed that she had hung up the flyer and the flower in her booth for her customers to see.
