(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Dafa practitioners in Turkey visited the governments of three districts in Istanbul between April 12 and 18, 2007. They introduced Falun Dafa and talked about the persecution in China. The district government issued a permit for practitioners to introduce Falun Gong and to expose the persecution happening in China to passersby on busy streets. A lot people received the truth-clarification fliers, and some even stopped to learn the details.

According to the conventions of the local government, passing out fliers in
the area controlled by the Market Administration Bureau of the three districts
is not permitted, but practitioners obtained permission nonetheless. Because the
officials of the bureau learned that Dafa is very good, they thought they should
issue the permit. They asked practitioners for an exercise demonstration.
Watching the exercises, some officials said, "Watching you doing the
exercises can make us relaxed and peaceful."
People from Istanbul are longing for Dafa. They showed their appreciation to
practitioners for bringing them Dafa, and expressed their wish to keep in touch
with practitioners.
