(Clearwisdom.net) On May 13, 2007, Falun Gong practitioners held activities in Montreal's Chinatown to celebrate the World Falun Dafa Day.

Practitioners held a photo exhibition and hung many banners and balloons. They danced and sang to express their appreciation to Master Li.
The host of the celebration briefly introduced the history and background of Falun Gong and read a congratulatorys letter from Mr. Harper, the Prime Minister of Canada.
A lady who started practicing Falun Gong two years ago introduced her experience of obtaining the Fa. She said that she had tried many qigong and religions, but none of them satisfied her. Later, a friend lent her a copy of Zhuan Falun and told her that Falun Gong is good. She was surprised because she had been deceived by CCP propaganda attempting to demonize Falun Gong.
But after reading the book, she realized that it is what she had been looking for. She expressed that she had been deceived by the CCP for many years. After reading the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, she learned about the true history and evil nature of the CCP.
A practitioner expressed that many people watched their celebration and learned the facts of Falun Gong.
A Chinese Christian attended the celebration. He said: "I come to join Falun Gong practitioners' celebration every year, because they all are nice people."
Mr. Zeng, a new practitioner, said: "When I saw practitioners' appreciation to Master last May, I didn't understand it because I just started practicing. But now, I have very deep appreciation for Master too. As I cultivate, I realize that Master has been suffering a lot for us."
After the rally, practitioners held a parade around Chinatown. Many people watched it and took photos.
