(Clearwisdom.net) On Saturday, May 26, 2007, Slovakian Falun Gong practitioners visited the city of Banovce-nad-Bebravou in western Slovakia. They set up a petition table with information material and demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises.

Their demonstration soon attracted passers-by who watched the exercise movements with great interest. Some also read the leaflets distributed by practitioners. Many people, after seeing photos depicting the persecution of Falun Gong in China, signed the petition and asked how they could help. There were also people who were interested in the exercises and a few children did not hesitate and started to practice the exercises immediately. One six-year-old boy could stand with the practitioners for almost half an hour to do the second exercise, in which one has to hold his arms up for quite a long time. Nice warm weather contributed to the success of the activity in Banovce-nad-Bebravou, where about 50 people signed the petition against the persecution of Falun Gong in China.
