(Clearwisdom.net) October 4 was the annual Homecoming Parade at South Dakota State University. Falun Gong practitioners participated in the event again.

The weather was nice and many people came out to watch the parade. Before the parade, the practitioners distributed paper lotus flowers and bookmarks with information about Falun Dafa to other groups participating in the parade. When the practitioners passed by again, people on one parade vehicle said called out loudly, "Thank you." They truly appreciated our sharing the information with them.

One older couple saw us decorating the float and said it was so beautiful. They told us excitedly that their daughter in another city had learned about Falun Gong and had told them about it. We talked for awhile and they asked more information.

The practitioners' procession in the parade was eye-catching. The float was beautiful. Several practitioners demonstrated the exercises on the float. A large banner carried the message of Falun Dafa.

The spectators applauded and expressed their appreciation of our group. Some imitated the hand gestures of the exercises and many took photos.
