On the afternoon of January 28, 2008, Ms. Liu Xueshu from Guang'an City was reported to the local police while clarifying the truth about Falun Gong in the Xinnanmen area of Guang'an District, Guang'an City. She was arrested and her whereabouts are unknown.

2. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Song Huizhen from Mouping District's Dongnian Village Arrested in January 2008, Whereabouts Unknown
3. [Guiyang City, Guizhou Province] Additional Information on Ms. Wang Zhicai's Persecution Case
At around 5 p.m. on January 19, 2008, Ms. Wang Zhicai distributed truth clarifying materials in the Jinianta area of the Nanming District, Guiyang City, and was reported to the local authorities. Xinhua Police Station officers arrested her and ransacked her home at around 1 a.m. On January 20, she was taken to the Nanming District Detention Center of Guiyang City and was detained there for 15 days.
4. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Qianjin Forced Labor Camp Still Torturing Practitioners
Recently, Ms. Lu Huiwen and Ms. Li Wenjun, who are in Qianjin Forced Labor Camp in Harbin City, did not take part in the manual labor in the workshop due to extremely poor health. Captain of the No. 1 Team Zhang Bo hung them up and tortured them for not doing the manual labor. They suffered severely from the torture .

On January 30, 2008, four police officers from the Muyu Town Government, Laiyang City, went to practitioners' homes in Xiangzikou Village, Sishayuantou Village, and Yukeding Village to harass them and forcefully searched their homes.
6. [Beijing] Ms. Li Xiaoqin Still Detained
On the afternoon of January 30, 2008, Ms. Li Xiaoqin from the Niu Street area of Xuanwu District, Beijing, was arrested by Niu Street Police Station personnel. Her computer and Falun Gong books were confiscated. She is still being detained in the Niu Street Police Station.

7. [Jieyang City, Guangdong Province] Rongcheng District Court Puts Mr. Zeng Shugang on Trial
On October 17, 2007, Mr. Zeng Shugang was arrested by the Jieyang City Police and detained in the Jieyang City Detention Center, where he remains. The police confiscated a satellite TV receiver and a book of instructions on getting New Tang Dynasty satellite TV reception. His family was notified that the Jieyang City Rongcheng District Court would convene a trial for Mr. Zeng at 9 a.m. on February 26, 2008.

Ms. Zhang Xianglian, 57 years old, is a retiree of the Xi'an City Railroad Corporation. On the afternoon of October 19, 2007, Ms. Zhang was arrested from her home by a dozen policemen and taken to the local brainwashing center. Her two computers, two CD writer machines, a laser printer, a laminating machine, New Tang Dynasty Satellite TV receiver, truth clarification materials, and Falun Gong books were confiscated. She was taken to the Shanxi Province Women's Forced Labor Camp.
11. [Fudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Yu Dan Arrested
At around 3 p.m. on February 1, 2008, the national security team of Mudanjiang City, together with the Aimin District Police Station, broke into Ms. Yu Dan's home and arrested her and her husband. After extorting 4,000 yuan from the couple, the authorities released them.
12. [Gongzhuling City, Jilin Province] Mr. Meng Fanyou Arrested
At around 3 o'clock a.m. On January 31, 2008, police chief Ren from the Qianjin Township Police Station of Changling County, together with 7 other policemen from the National Security Team of Changling County, arrested Mr. Meng Fanyou from the Jianguo Water Reservoir area, Yangdachengzi Town, Gongzhuling City. He is currently detained in the Changling County Detention Center.
13. [Beijing] Additional Information To Ms. Zhao Shuqin's Arrest
At 9 o'clock a.m. On January 24, 2008, Ms. Zhao Shuqin, her husband Mr. Yang Haijun, her son Mr. Yang Moyu, and her husband's elder sister Ms. Yang Junmei were arrested by personnel from the Dongceng District Police Branch of Beijing. Their home was ransacked and their car was confiscated. Mr. Yang Haijun was released on January 25. Ms. Zhao and the others are in the Dongcheng City Detention Center. Their current status is unknown.

14. [Langfang City, Hebei Province] Ms. Wang Junping Sentenced to Forced Labor
Ms. Wang Junping, in her 40s, is from Daguanzhuang Village, Guangyang District, Langfang City. At 3 p.m. on October 14, 2007, she was arrested and taken to the Langfang City Brainwashing Center, where she was forced to read and watch propaganda materials slandering Falun Gong. On November 30, 2007, Ms. Wang was taken to the Shijiazhuang City Women's Forced Labor Camp for a one-year term. Her current status is unknown.

15. [Acheng City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Sun Chengjia's Home Ransacked, Mr. Lu Haiyan Arrested
On January 25, 2008, the local police confiscated Mr. Sun Chengjia's printer, two computers, a CD burner, and some Falun Gong books. Mr. Lu Haiyan, who was a guest at the time, argued with the police for over an hour and thus helped Mr. and Mr. Sun escape. Mr. Lu was punished with a 15day- detention.
16. [Xinyang City, Henan Province] Ms. Tao Minghua Sentenced to Forced Labor
On the evening of August 15, 2007, Ms. Tao Minghua, 60 years old, was reported to the local authorities while clarifying the truth about Falun Gong in the Meat Processing Factory Neighborhood Community on Gongqu Street, the Liuhe District, Xinyang City. She was then arrested by the Liuhe District 610 Office and later sentenced to three years of forced labor. She was taken to the Xinxiang Women's Forced Labor Camp.
On the afternoon of January 11, 2008, the Liuhe District Court of Xinyang City tried Ms. Wu Houyi (62 years old), Ms. Dong Xiuqin (50 years old), and Ms. Zhou Zhongying (68 years old). The three practitioners defended themselves in court. The trial ended at 4:30 p.m., but the results are unknown.

18. [Yuping County, Guizhou Province] Five Practitioners Arrested
On February 1, 2008, five practitioners went to a rural area to distribute Falun Gong truth-clarification materials. They were arrested by the Yuping County National Security Team in collaboration with the local 610 Office. Their current whereabouts are unknown.
19. [Tianjin City] Ms. Liu Shuhua Sentenced to Forced Labor
On the afternoon of December 7, 2007, Ms. Liu Shuhua from Hedong District went to the Xiangyanglou Community to distribute truth-clarifying materials. She was reported by the community securities and arrested by the Xiangyanglou Police. She was interrogated using violence and her computer was confiscated. On January 7, 2008, Ms. Liu was sent to the Banqiao Women's Forced Labor Camp for a 15-month term. She is currently detained in the third team of the Banqiao Women's Forced Labor Camp.
20. [Lingshou County, Hebei Province] Ms. Yang Furong Detained
On January 28, 2008, Ms. Yang Furong was clarifying the truth about Falun Gong when she was reported to the local police. Officers from the Qingtong Town Police Station of Lingshou County arrested her and ransacked her home. Ms. Yang was put under administrative detention for two weeks. Now she is detained in the Lingshou County Detention Center.

21. [Xinglong County, Hebei Province] Five Practitioners Arrested
At around 9:30 p.m. on January 30, 2008, six officials from the Xinglong County Police Department and the local national security team, led by captain Lu Shaohua, drove to Ms. Wang Shuqin's home and arrested her and another four practitioners from Chengde City who were helping Ms. Wang install a satellite TV receiver. They are currently being held in the Xinglong County Detention Center.
22. [Anyang City, Henan Province] Ms. Su Lifen Arrested
Ms. Su Lifeng, 46 years old, lives in the Xiangxi Community, Xiangxi Street, Wenfeng District, Anyang City. Early in the morning on January 30, 2008, a dozen officers from the Wenfeng District Police Branch waited near her home and arrested her on sight. They ransacked her home and confiscated her belongings, including her personal computer. She is currently detained and being tortured in the Anyang City Detention Center.
23. [Chongqing City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Du Hanwen, Ms. Jiang Xin and Ms. Zhu Zhilin Sentenced to Forced Labor
On January 30, 2008, Mr. Du Hanwen, Ms. Jiang Xin, and Ms. Zhu Zhilin from the Chongqing City area were taken to the Xishanping Forced Labor Camp. Du Hanwen, 45 years old, was sentenced to one year of forced labor. Jiang Xin and Zhu Zhilin's terms are unknown.
24. [Mei County, Guangdong Province] Ms. Luo Jinrong and Ms. Zhang Lixia Sentenced to Forced Labor
On December 19, 2007, Ms. Luo Jinrong and Ms. Zhang Lixia were arrested by police from Chengjiang of Mei County. In late January 2008, the Mei County Police took them to the Sanshui Forced Labor Camp. Ms. Luo is to serve a two-year term and Mr. Zhang a year and a half.
