Czech Republic: Premiere of the Divine Performing Arts' Chinese Spectacular in Prague is Well-Received, CCP's Interference is Criticized (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net)The Divine Performing Arts Chinese Spectacular premiered at the Congress Center of Prague on March 10, 2008. Many dignitaries, including people from political circles, and art and cultural circles as well as people from all walks of life attended the more than two hours performance showcasing China's 5,000 years of traditional culture. During the opening night of the Chinese Spectacular, the audience's applause and laughter could frequently be heard. At the end of the show, the performers answered curtain calls twice due to the audience's lasting applause. Jiri Liska, Vice Speaker of the Czech Republic's Senate, praised the show, saying, "It was extraordinary."

Kaohsiung Artist: Divine Performing Arts Is a Source of Pride (Photo)

(Clearwisdom.net) On March 8, acclaimed Taiwan artist Wu-nan Li saw the Chinese Spectacular at the packed Kaohsiung Recreation Center. After the show, Li said that he had not seen a show of this caliber in decades and that Divine Performing Arts had made a breakthrough. "It's a source of pride of us Chinese," said the renowned harpist and choreographer.

Married to Martial Dumaurier, an industrial construction manager, she was very pleased to see the show. Mr. Dumaurier also said that he had a great time. "It was so beautiful and colorful. We were transported to ancient China."
