(Clearwisdom.net) Three Divine Performing Arts performances that were originally scheduled to take place on February 26 and 27 at the KBS Theatre in Pusan, Korea were canceled due to pressure from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Unfortunately, this kind of pressure doesn't happen only in Korea. People all over the world have embraced the Divine Performing Arts shows, holding them in extremely high regard. Experience has proven that CCP interference fails to achieve its purpose and instead, in many cases, serves to lead more people to learn about the Divine Performing Arts and see the show. Not only that, they also come to recognize the Party's inherent nature to deceive the public and destroy China's rich cultural past.
Interference was also present in the Netherlands, where the Divine Performing Arts concluded two shows at the World Forum Convention Centre in the Hague, on February 20, 2008, touching and inspiring the hearts of both Eastern and Western audiences.
The Chinese Embassy staged its own Chinese New Year shows in the Hague on the same dates as the Spectacular. The Embassy passed out free tickets in an attempt to divert people from attending the Divine Performing Arts' shows. According to Mrs. Dai, one of the show's organizers, said, "The Divine Performing Arts Chinese New Year Spectacular is a world class show without any '[Communist] party culture, while the Chinese Embassy's show promotes party propaganda. The Divine Performing Arts put on a high end cultural event whose audience are members of the mainstream society, while the free ticket giveaway was a political task assigned by the Chinese government." Mrs. Dai continued, "However, the Divine Performing Arts' shows were not affected. Ticket sales went very well."
During the performance, several suspicious Chinese men tried to disrupt the backdrop projection with an electronic device. They also made noises and screamed for no reason. They were asked to leave by the theater staff.

Nazari, a hotel manager, said it was difficult to describe the feeling he got from the Chinese Spectacular, "I was amazed. I've never seen a show like this. During the entire process, I felt as if I was in a different world. It was so beautiful. This is not just about dance, culture, or art, it's also about how to live your life, [which is why] I can't just say 'beautiful.' I feel I have been changed by the positive energy."

"I think the show is fantastic! I say it's fantastic because I have seen similar shows before. I have been to China, myself, and eastern culture attracts me very much, and this is fantastic," said Kenneth Ramblacan, a civil engineer who had come to see the February 20 showing with his wife. "I have experienced the beauty, goodness, and harmony in the show. This feeling is not related to one of the performances; it's an overall impression of the show," added Mr. Ramblacan.
Regarding the behavior of the men who tried to disrupt the performance, Nazari said, "The audience at last night's performance were all well-educated people, and there were over a thousand of them. I was shocked that the person could yell out like that. This was shameful. I don't know if they were trying to hurt the Chinese culture or the performance. Instead, they hurt themselves. I really don't understand why they did it. They are crazy!"
