(Clearwisdom.net) The Divine Performing Arts Chinese Spectacular shows have been a sensation in Taiwan. According to ticket sales personnel at the Tainan Cultural Center, the rate of ticket sales for the show was 99.9%. According to their experience, a performance is considered successful if ticket sales reach 60% for two consecutive shows in Taiwan. It was incredible that the Divine Performing Arts could play to a full house for four consecutive shows.

Professor Gu Che-cheng and his wife, professor Liang Yan-fang, who teach Chinese dance in the Dance Department at Tainan University of Technology, attended the finale show of the Divine Performing Arts Chinese Spectacular at the Tainan Cultural Center on March 2, 2008.

Professor Gu commented that the performers' dance movements were crisp and in sync, and their presentation was at their peak. He said in terms of artistic connotation, behind each performance are multiple layers of artistic meaning, and whether it was the presentation on stage, the costumes or the high-tech backdrops, all were arranged with great care.
Professor Gu wished the show were longer. "While watching the dance numbers, I didn't want them to end. We look forward to seeing more and more programs next time. I can't wait!"
Professor Gu anticipates that the Divine Performing Arts will create a great sensation worldwide.
Professor Liang Yan-fang thought the women performers were gentle and graceful and the men performers were bold and noble. She particularly liked the dance "Chopstick Zest," because the performance portrayed the Mongolian people's frank and open character. "Very nice to see!" she said. Like her husband, Ms. Liang wanted to keep watching the performance. She also looks forward to new additions to the show each year.
