(Clearwisdom.net) I began practicing Falun Dafa in November 1998. This is the first time that I have written an experience sharing article. Even after I decided to participate in a written experience sharing in our area, I still did not start writing the paper until two days before the due date. During the course of my writing, I found it to be an aspect of cultivation practice that was very beneficial for me. I decided to send my article to the Clearwisdom website after sharing it with local practitioners. This was the least I could do to express my sincere gratitude to Master for his compassion and salvation. I suggest that all fellow practitioners overcome all kinds of barriers and write experience sharing articles. You will receive a handsome reward.

In his lectures and articles, Master always reminds us to dedicate more time to studying the Fa. To study the Fa with our best effort is key to improving in cultivation. Because we are cultivating in ordinary society, we are inevitably polluted by all kinds of bad influences. If we do not study the Fa diligently, we will see interference from many elements such as pursuit of fame, personal interests and sentimentality, other human attachments, moral decay, and other notions we are not even aware of. These elements will slow down our cultivation progress.

Studying the Fa can help us to clean out these indecent, deviated, and low level human thoughts. Frequent Fa study can protect us from interference and ensure that we remain diligent. At the same time, if our minds are focused on Dafa principles, whenever we encounter any problems or troubles, our first thought will come from the Fa, and we will automatically think of Master's teachings. We will make judgments based on the Fa, act according to the Fa, and avoid making mistakes. Several years ago, because I did not fully understand the importance of Fa study, I focused on accomplishing specific projects. As a result, an evil element took advantage of my loophole and caused some damage. Under the influence of the evil factors, my family members also interfered with my efforts to do the three things. I was very frustrated.

Later, I gradually realized though Fa study that the interference was a result of my not paying enough attention to Fa study. Now that I have improved my Fa study, my family situation has also improved. My spouse also began to practice Falun Dafa. Free from family trouble, I now can take great strides on the path of Fa-rectification. Therefore, studying the Fa well is the key to walking the right path. It is also an issue of whether or not we listen to Master.

Even with Fa-rectification in its the final stages, some people are still being poisoned and confused, and they have not quit the evil Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Once the Fa-rectification is over, the deceived people who refused to leave the evil Party will eventually lose their lives along with the dissolution of the Party. Therefore, saving people becomes an urgent and important task.

When we distribute truth clarification materials such as the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party and flyers encouraging people to quit the CCP, we must be clear about one thing: we are saving people. Therefore we should care about them and make it easy for them to be saved. We should influence others with our righteous minds, and then we can save them. We cannot approach them with any hesitation, such as, "Will this person reject our help? How should I talk to him? Will he report me to the police?" If we have these non-righteous thoughts, our efforts may not yield good results. These thoughts are all on a human level. It is very hard for a human to change another human's thoughts. If you do not approach him from a higher level, how can you change and save him? Only after we let go of all human notions and selfish thoughts can we save more sentient beings.

When we have some success doing truth clarification, we have to watch out for a mentality of complacency and showing off. All accomplishments are achieved with Master's support. Without Master and Dafa, we are just ordinary humans full of karma; how could we ever accomplish anything significant? We can only create more karma and head towards complete destruction. I feel so lucky to have become a Falun Dafa practitioner.

For a long time after I began to clarify the truth, I felt that it was easier to talk to strangers and encourage them to quit the CCP, but not so easy with people I knew. The people I knew would start arguing and using language from the CCP culture. They even attacked me with insults. Why? After I looked inside for my problems, I found that this was caused by my own fear. Whenever I encountered people that were "difficult," I wanted to give up before I could convince them. I also cared a lot about saving face. After I abandoned these thoughts, I was able to talk to people more effectively. I realized that it was time for me to improve and increase my capacity. The Fa's requirement has gotten higher. It is a good thing. We are saving sentient beings while cultivating ourselves. These situations are a good opportunity for us to get rid of human attachments.

As long as we have a divine thought, and we have the power and wisdom from Dafa and Master, and we have compassion, we will make a difference in people and accomplish our task.

Every time I leave home, I will remember our mission to save people. I regard it as a good opportunity to clarify the truth, encourage people to quit the Party and its affiliated organizations, and save people. I suggest that all practitioners step out of their homes and get involved in Fa-rectification and saving people. We should abandon all human attachments and do our share so that we will not have regrets in the future. Master has assigned to us this glorious historic mission, and he has given people gifts much more valuable than gold. If we are unable to fulfill our part, there will be no more chances for our cultivation at the end of Fa-rectification. If we do not do our share correctly, we will fall short of Master's expectations and disappoint our sentient beings, leaving our prehistoric pledge unfulfilled.
