(Clearwisdom.net) The USA Divine Performing Arts' world-class performances highlight five thousand years of profound traditional Chinese culture. Divine Performing Arts presentations illustrate the traditional moral standards of respecting gods, decency, virtue, loyalty, kindness, devotion and filial piety. Divine Performing Arts toured the world, giving more than 200 performances and has acquired an outstanding reputation for excellence. It is gaining rapid influence in mainland China among the populace, through the distribution of the performance on DVD. Here are some of the responses we have received from the citizens of Shenyang City in Liaoning Province.
"Traditional Chinese things are good."
Ms. Wang, a restaurant accountant in Shenyang City-now retired said, "Really great! The picture is beautiful, the music is so touching, the ancient Chinese costumes are gorgeous. Traditional Chinese things are good." Ms. Wang compared the performance to similar shows she's seen, adding, "What kind of stuff does the Chinese Communist Party(CCP) let the people watch? All those are superficial and deceptive things of low taste. You feel annoyed after watching those shows. The programs by the Divine Performing Arts are distinguished and really amazing!" She watched the Chinese New Year Spectacular on DVD in March of 2008.
A child's health condition improves after watching the performance
Chen Chen is an11-year-old girl who has been epileptic since birth and had difficulty speaking even one or two words at a time. She watched the 2007 DVD of the Chinese New Year Spectacular presented by Divine Performing Arts with her family. She began singing "Heaven and earth are far apart, which way people shall go..." a miracle for Chen Chen and her family. These are the lyrics from a song in the Chinese New Year Spectacular.
Chen Chen watched the 2008 performance of the Chinese New Year Spectacular on DVD in March 2008. Chen Chen said happily, "I love it." She and her older sister used silk scarves for long sleeves, pretending to be one of the "Water Sleeves" dancers. Chen Chen's health continues to improve. She can now speak an entire sentence at a time. There have been no more epileptic attacks. A family member said, "Divine Performing Arts show has a magical power, there is a traditional positive message in the show, which benefits the children."
"A good thing that should be shared with more people."
A Falun Gong practitioner, Liu Rong (alias), gave the private owner of a repair shop the Chinese New Year Spectacular DVD. Liu Rong returned several days later to see the elderly man. The elderly owner was chatting with a middle-aged man who owns the neighboring store. The elderly man was saying, "The show is indeed good. It's all about the traditional culture of the past, a pure Chinese thing-- it's great!" The middle-aged man replied, "The traditional things are better. You cannot find a place that has this kind of show in China. All of those are the CCP's things--disgusting." The elderly man commented, "The traditional culture is so wonderful, but the CCP doesn't like it, nor allow any performance or promotion of it. Such a fabulous show. The CCP doesn't allow people to watch it. The CCP uses TV to conceal the bad deeds it commits, deceiving our people, how evil it is..."
He turned to Liu Rong and smiled, saying, "Thank you! I like it!" Liu Rong asked, "Would he (the middle-aged man) also like to have a copy of the DVD?" He said, "Actually, I gave mine to him. Such a good thing should be shared with everyone. Whatever I have, I will make sure he will have also!"
Party official anxious to watch the Chinese New Year Spectacular
Practitioner Yang Li (alias) met a man at a supermarket. They had first met several months ago at the bus station. The man is Mr. Jing, a Party official from a company in Shenyang City. They had chatted about quitting the CCP and its affiliated organizations. Mr. Jing said that he read the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party and believed every word. He asked Yang Li to help him publish an online statement quitting the CCP. They were glad to meet again unexpectedly.
Mr. Jing said, "Do you have the DVD of the Chinese New Year Spectacular by Divine Performing Arts?" "How do you know there is such a DVD?" Yang Li asked him curiously. He said, "Last time you told me to read every truth-clarifying flyer I find in my apartment building. I took your advice. One day I got a flyer introducing the show. I read it and felt it was a splendid show of traditional culture, very attractive. I really want to watch it."
Yang Li delivered the DVD to Mr. Jing the next day. He was very excited, saying, "The first thing I must do is to go to my relative's home and watch this DVD. They are waiting for this!"
