(Clearwisdom.net) On June 14, 2008, Falun Gong practitioners returned to the Helsinki railway station to raise awareness about Falun Gong and the persecution of practitioners in China. The Chinese Communist Party has been persecuting Falun Gong practitioners in China for nine years.

A Korean tourist told one practitioner, "I know that Korean people like Falun Gong. I have read a lot of news relating to the CCP's persecution of Christians, and I believe the persecution of Falun Gong should be stopped. In a communist country, these sorts of things are everywhere. I also saw some news in connection with Falun Gong. I hope you continue to work hard against the persecution, keep on doing it."
Another practitioner met a radio producer. At the beginning, when the producer heard the event was related to China, she said she didn't have any interest in China. She said that she had never been to China, and Communism is so bad and the CCP also does bad things in other countries. When the practitioner told her about the persecution of Falun Gong, she said, "Why is the persecution still going on? When can it be stopped? Why still let the CCP run the Olympic Games?"
Though she disliked the CCP, she said she thought that traditional Chinese culture was pretty good. It's simply that the current culture in China is totally different from traditional Chinese culture. The practitioner told her that Divine Performance Arts, a traditional Chinese culture performance troupe without any CCP culture, would return to perform in Finland next year. The producer happily replied that if the performance came to Helsinki, she would be very interested in it. Finally she signed her name on the petition form.
A Finnish gentleman not only signed his name, but also asked other people to sign their names. He said that the CCP had killed many Tibetan people, and also killed Falun Gong practitioners, who are good people.
